Might not fit exactly here but I just began with the nasal version after trying injections earlier without noticing changes. Another user mentioned success combining the nasal form with DSIP so I picked some up to try adding later if needed. Been on overnight shifts for thirty five years and running low on ideas.

Been wanting to look into the oral versions of both for some time. Any suggestions?

It seemed to accumulate gradually for me. Started at two milligrams but settled on half a milligram in the end. That gave deeper rest and made short naps feel more refreshing. With my usual poor sleep it helped me stay down the whole night.

Finished the ten day run using bedtime shots and stepping down from two milligrams to half. It wrecked my rest so next round I will switch to morning shots at the lower amount for ten days and see how that goes.

The capsule or tablet form of that synthetic tetrapeptide gets broken down by stomach acid and enzymes so not much reaches the blood.

Sublingual drops or sprays might work better since they aim to skip the initial liver pass via mouth lining absorption, though there is not much solid trial data showing they match injection results.
