Bringing gender into this feels strange and pointless. I've noticed this exact pattern play out before. Some heavy folks get annoyed since my starting picture matches what they hope to reach. Others get irritated over my use of that medication, calling it cheating from their immature viewpoint. A few more imagine elite physiques buried under the extra pounds, yet the bulk comes purely from fat and they have never gotten slim enough to discover how limited their actual power is. Best of luck dropping those pounds.

The main distinction for those carrying a lot of extra weight who employ these compounds to drop pounds and hold steady afterward comes down to how the results deliver clear upsides for well-being that exceed the downsides when excess mass is present. Employing them without extra weight stands apart. Broadly speaking I see nothing inherently bad about using them just to alter appearance yet the weighing of harms against gains works differently. There are basically none or very few lasting upsides for well-being when these compounds are used by people without excess mass perhaps later studies will show something else but right now no such testing has occurred. The possible harms from these compounds are not absent such as pancreas inflammation gallbladder stones vision nerve damage and similar issues and those would probably occur at similar rates in people without extra weight the real issue being the lack of confirmed well-being gains to offset the harms for those using them purely for looks so the total impact on health ends up negative instead of positive and that creates a major distinction. In most cases except rare exceptions physicians will not issue prescriptions for these to people without excess weight specifically due to those potential harms. Provided you recognize that using these compounds or others like growth factors or male hormones common in some fitness circles amounts to an overall negative for health and you decide to accept that then it comes down to your own decision from my perspective. Some people reach points involving elevated amounts over long stretches carrying notable potential harms to well-being and no amount of adjustment or exercise resolves the core matter when a distorted self-image sits at the root. I am not claiming that applies here but you seem to be pushing back against others views on your body fat level making it a real possibility. Broader culture tends to regard employing these in those without excess weight and even more so elevated male hormones beyond normal replacement as unfair. This reaches the point where they face bans with serious consequences for their use distribution or import almost everywhere likely connected to how greater power or bulk signals dominance among men and boosting it unnaturally comes across as a false indicator. This space centers on these compounds as the name indicates. Thus most here take part because they are or were carrying excess weight. And indeed those employing these compounds without excess weight might readily be viewed rather unfavorably and I believe if you wish to take part here you should recognize that for many in this community these represent medications that preserve life for an issue they have dealt with forever and for which they have faced poor judgment and treatment from others so from that standpoint feeling irritated by someone thin griping about being heavy is fairly understandable.

This thread feels strange. I never could predict the following comment. Looking forward to seeing the conclusion, though I'm not ready to give it a score.

Curious readers are eager to discover whether this appears in your latest dramatic recap.

Like most people I find these situations intriguing too. Plenty never turn into anything worth sticking around for. The moment I show up and start paying attention to how things are unfolding the thread either fades away or turns overly polite. So perhaps my morbid curiosity about conflict discussions actually ends up helping keep the peace.

I didn't intend anything odd by mentioning gender, though the expression skinny fat has reached me solely from females so far. Maybe males say it too, but I haven't come across that. It's amusing you assume everyone slots into those three categories, yet none of them cover folks who just aim to support reaching a goal. I'm not envious of your earlier picture. Even carrying extra weight I could break you without effort. Those medications don't bother me at all, and I'm glad they helped you reach the slimmer shape you wanted. My past includes peak condition along with coaching service members toward better fitness standards. Frailty has never applied to me, no matter the extra pounds. The added weight followed serious injuries from a crash that kept me from moving for years. I hope you achieve the outcomes you're after and grow willing to hear input from those who might actually contribute something useful.

It looks like dieting very strictly will cause overweight persons to pick on you likewise, yes? πŸ˜‚ Your okay is not necessary for me to share comments or receive instructions, and what is your identity?

1) My remark focused only on those negative individuals who dismiss any advancement, not everyone in general. It's amusing how you assumed the point referred to yourself. That makes one think.
2) At no point in this discussion did I mention requiring assistance or guidance of any sort. All of it is unrequested, and I have shown courtesy toward courteous individuals.

I've come across some strange discussions lately but this one tops them all so far. I wonder just how much weirder things will turn.

I am not asking you to seek my approval here. It might make more sense though to pick a different site aimed at those particular topics instead. Actual harassment could show up over there though. Sharing your before and after shots on a place like this and then complaining about the replies suggests a few things. Perhaps the goal was praise for the results so pushing back against feedback feels off. Or maybe input on next steps was wanted making the pushback odd as well. It could just be an attempt to create drama. Nothing in the replies here looks like harassment to me except possibly the comments in your own message that come off as fairly insulting toward heavier folks on a board meant for them and their interest in those medications. Others raising the chance of image perception problems are showing worry not attacking anyone. Taking the community's focus and members into account when posting seems fair enough. What happened here feels similar to griping about clueless gym types on that other site.

I figured your reply was directed at me because you quoted my words immediately beforehand and gave no sign of switching subjects. That's the standard way conversations flow here. I don't like that kind of attitude. Once more I'm sorry this thread didn't turn up what you hoped to find.

It looks like the poster needs blocking so I can just move past this entirely, because the whole deal seems suspicious.
