I've tried several kinds of filters but they clog every time, with only a little bit coming through slowly before stopping. I've seen the videos and let it sit 15-20 minutes after mixing. It keeps happening so maybe the filters are all bad. I ordered a different kind to test if it helps, but wondering what others think. Using 13mm 0.22um with just 1ml bac total for tesa. This time it clogged and I lost most of the vial while trying to fix it.

Could be the mixture ends up too viscous, pal. That amount qualifies as really small. Got any explanation for selecting precisely this dilution?

Have you opened a vent on the vial receiving the filtered liquid?

I used a bunch of plain PES filters sized at 13 millimeters with 0.22 micron rating. Also confirmed a vent exists in the target container. Perhaps the venting and transfer needles seemed undersized to me. Therefore I loaded water into the syringe using an oversized needle then forced it out into the basin but nothing came through.

It looks like those fixes I used for my own issues didn't sort things out for you either, even after switching to a larger filter along with a bigger needle for transfers. I figure the filters must be the water-repelling kind rather than the absorbing sort, since water wouldn't pass through. Do you think you could post some shots of the items you're using?

I've spotted one membrane that's water-attracting. Earlier attempts with several alternatives from different sources worked okay at times but produced zero movement on others. I'm thinking these particular ones might solve it.
