First Time Reta, First Time Stack

6 replies5 peopleMar 19, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Should someone with prior Sema and Tirz experience start Reta low and consider stacking with Cagri or Mot C for better appetite control and weight loss?

The thread shows users advising against a 1 mg Reta start after previous GLP-1 exposure and instead suggesting titration from 2 mg or higher for noticeable effects. Most recommend staying on Reta alone rather than stacking, citing interference with its GIP and glucagon actions, while skin concerns are addressed separately with topicals or other peptides. Patience with dose finding and adding exercise are emphasized over immediate combinations.

Hey folks, I'm about to make a purchase and could use some thoughts. Before, Sema worked great for me even in small amounts. After that I tried Tirz but kept it at the lowest level because it was costly. Now there's this community here. On Tirz though, I struggled to manage my appetite despite still feeling hungry. Sema gave strong results without going higher than 1mg. Currently trying Reta at 1mg each week but results are minimal so far. Planning to go up to 2mg soon. Thinking about combining it with something else like Cagri or Mot C. Since this is my initial buy I prefer not to get several things together to save on delivery fees. Any suggestions on whether to continue just with Reta? Cagri costs a lot. Mot C is new to me. Also resuming workouts shortly after my shoulder heals. Still aiming to drop weight as progress stalled or reversed a bit with Tirz. Already shed around 30 kilos and hope for at least 10 more. Someone mentioned GHK CU might reduce loose skin from slimming down. Avoiding any rebound after quitting is key for me, which is why I stayed low on doses. Any input would be great!

Following prior use of those two compounds I saw no reason to begin with only a minimal quantity. Going straight to a larger weekly total of 2mg or 4mg and checking results after a few weeks made more sense to me. The copper peptide gave only minor help with loose skin. On top of that I've been using cocoa butter firming lotion and it seemed to work better on the loose skin than the peptide did.

Feedback from others guided my choice. Beginning with an overly large quantity right away doesn't seem smart, does it?

Not sure about the details, but I think some research groups began with that amount from what I recall. Mainly I wanted to note that you already have experience with these medications.

Yeah I see it similarly since a single milligram counts as extremely minimal and sits below what keeps me steady. Two milligrams turns up more often as an initial level from what I've run into and real changes mean raising the amount after that. Concern over putting the pounds back later doesn't matter unless they actually drop to start with.

I chose to remain on this particular compound. Finding the appropriate amount requires some time. When it comes to skin, this one option suited me, although alternatives have benefited different people. It seems that adding other similar medications diminishes the benefits from the specific receptors involved. Ultimately it hinges on priorities like shedding pounds versus avoiding intense hunger.

My earlier attempts convinced me to try a bigger amount this time.
