I messed up a bit. I did the mixing exactly as told, with 1 mL of BAC for what should have been 10 mg, but I grabbed a 30 mg vial by accident. Caught it before injecting. Besides having about a month to finish it since my partner and I are both using it, should I keep it like this and just use a third of the usual volume, or add another 2 mL of BAC? Does it even make a difference?

What amounts are you all taking... is 30 mg per ml a practical amount to draw?...I'm not an expert but even though it's not ideal, I'd go ahead and add extra....Still, I'd check the mixing steps carefully to avoid the same slip up....Good luck!...

It really doesn't make much difference. The only issue is it's a bit tougher to measure with just 1 ml. If the two of you will finish it in a month, sounds like doses around 4 mg. At that level it's not too bad to draw from a 1 ml vial. Smaller doses like 1 mg would be trickier though. So if your amounts are under 3 mg, better to add more BAC. You can also keep it past 30 days, most say 60 is ok and some go further.

Right now our doses are on the lower side, we've been doing 2 mg but we've been on it long enough that we might bump it up to 4. Appreciate the advice😊

Pinning 2 mg at 30 mg/ml means 6.67 units. For 4 mg it'd be 13.33. I'd put in 0.5 ml more to the vial so you draw 10 or 20 units for those doses. Makes it simpler. Adding a full extra 2 ml would give 20/40 units which works too, but keeping the added amount smaller helps if you raise the dose before it's empty.

I've used some of the earlier vials for as long as 10 weeks. Just clean the stopper before and after each time and store it in the fridge towards the center, away from the door.
