Tighten up how carefully you track and measure your food while adding more movement. Even small fidgety actions like bouncing your legs or doing arm lifts can help at first, and walk more whenever possible. The medication helps a lot but it only makes weight loss possible, it does not do the losing for you.
So I've reached a plateau with this after about seven weeks. I've dropped twenty one pounds while keeping a calorie deficit and eating plenty of protein. That's decent progress but the scale has been flat or even up a couple pounds over the last two weeks even though my eating has stayed exactly the same. I'm already on a fairly high dose for this stage and don't plan to raise it. Any ideas on why this is happening and what else might help since I still have a lot left to lose?
