How long does it take for Reta to start working?

18 replies14 peopleSep 5, 2025β˜† Follow
Summary

How long until Reta begins working after the first injection?

Users report highly variable onset times for Reta, ranging from within a day for some to several weeks for others, with no immediate effects expected after just a couple of hours. Starting doses are often described as introductory for tolerance testing rather than therapeutic impact, and steady levels build over weeks due to the half-life. Appetite changes and weight trends appear gradually for most, though individual responses differ widely even at the same dose.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Participants differ on typical speed of onset, with some noting effects in 24 hours or less and others stressing it takes weeks or months even at higher starting amounts.

Hi everyone, I gave myself my very first shot of this peptide around two hours back. It was 2mg of Reta. I have doubts about whether I injected correctly since nothing feels different, and I'm unsure if the fluid actually entered my fat tissue or if I messed up somehow. Any method to verify? Should I simply wait and have faith in the procedure? Appreciate it!

With an insulin needle it reached your system so no need to worry, just continue the weekly injections. Visible changes won't appear immediately and two hours is far too soon.

I haven't used reta myself yet. With tirz though the strongest effects hit me after at least 48 hours.

Are you serious? You should have done far more research beforehand. The initial doses let your body adjust and check for side effects, serving mainly as a test. Therapeutic impact on weight comes only after doses rise over months. Each increase needs about four weeks to reach steady levels. Start low and go slow. Any early sensation usually shows up in two or three days. Keep reading more and more.

Everyone responds differently. Some need weeks or months of gradual increases before noticing anything. In my case 2 mg reta hit my appetite hard the next day and I began dropping more than a pound weekly right away. Still, nobody I know has seen major results after only two hours. A bit of patience is needed.

For some reason I pictured the hunger vanishing within minutes after taking it. I'll check back in 48 hours and hope the injection went right. Thanks for the input everyone.

You did the shot correctly. Results simply require time and we have to wait to observe them. Diet matters too and remember to add fiber for easier bowel movements.

After 15 minutes I lost 30 lb.

What strength was your Reta and how much BAC water did you mix in? On my first dose of 0.5mg I noticed a sour stomach within an hour followed by a severe headache that day. Nothing further after that. I would often forget I had even taken it. It took several weeks to really gauge how my body handled it. Due to the half life and buildup time, avoid raising the dose too quickly.

That's a fairly high first dose. I used 0.5 twice weekly for 12 weeks and dropped 32lbs while working out and walking daily. If the product is genuine it will start working within a few days.

Reta has behaved differently for me than tirz. Tirz kicked in within an hour at most, but reta seems to need around 24 hours. Cagri works the same way, taking 12-24 hours. Stay patient though. With tirz I got appetite suppression from the very first dose, but reta has not been like that.

Could it be you failed to secure the entrance allowing your pet to escape?

SlowCinder61archiveSep 12, 2025

I took my first dose last Sunday at 1.5mg split three times a week and actually gained 6 lbs with no drop in appetite, though I wasn't really expecting one. I've also had headaches the last three days, though today's was milder so that's progress.

SteadyQuill55archiveSep 13, 2025

I keep seeing posts where people say the reta is working yet they're starving all day and have gained two pounds. It leaves me puzzled about what makes reta better. I assume it is, but I don't see how from these reports.

My only reply is that everyone differs. My spouse shows why you should never exceed 5mg weekly on sema, reaching near goal weight in about 20 months with strength training included. That option didn't work for me at all while reta has been the best so far.

Glad to hear about your wife. She'll always have the lowest-cost choice available. I skipped sema entirely because of side-effect concerns. Tirz however resolved my digestive issues so effectively that even if weight loss stops I would never go without a low dose of it. True miracle juice.

How any medicine performs is a matter of probabilities, and forum posts do not represent a balanced or scientific sample of experiences.

BrightBeacon35archiveSep 14, 2025

Just stay consistent. The half life is about 5-7 days so full saturation takes five half lives. You might notice changes anywhere from the first couple of days to a couple of weeks, and it varies per person. This is not a stimulant though. One day your hunger will simply be lower and snacking won't appeal. Trust the process and well done for taking charge of your health.
