IGF-1 LR3 User Experiences Dosage and Stacking

Summary

What real-world results, dosing, and stacking approaches do users report with IGF-1 LR3 for muscle growth and recovery?

Forum users describe noticeable lean muscle gains and accelerated injury healing at low doses of 15-80 mcg, often run in short cycles or post-workout. Several note blood-sugar drops when combined with GLP-1 drugs, and most eventually favor HGH for cost and steadier bloodwork. Stacks mentioned include TRT, BPC/TB, CJC/IPA, and later switches to retatrutide or higher HGH.

Hello everyone. I'm looking for real experiences with IGF-1 LR3. Goal is more lean muscle to support weight lifting and Jiu Jitsu training. Any feedback from people who have used it would be helpful. Thanks.

Ran IGF-LR3 at 15 mcg for one month on, one month off, then another month on. Used it alongside 160 mg weekly TRT and 2 mg sema to support growth and repair. Blood sugar could drop sharply with the GLP-1, causing light-headedness, so caution is needed there. Results were solid; a long-standing knee issue improved enough that the brace I had worn for two years was no longer required. Recently moved to 2 IU GH and switched from stalled sema to 3-4 mg reta. HGH feels better overall, but the IGF still worked well for me.

Currently on 4 mg reta weekly plus 4 IU HGH daily, which is helping with fat loss and muscle. Planning to try IGF-LR3 next as something different, probably pausing the HGH during that run to gauge the effect and hopefully get even leaner.

This is only my second run with IGF-1 LR3. First time after knee replacement used 2 mg total over six weeks, starting at 20 mcg and working up to 80 mcg once dizziness appeared at 100 mcg; added extra carbs to manage. Recovery felt markedly quicker than the first knee surgery. Paired it with 250 mcg BPC/TB twice daily for twelve weeks. Now three weeks post shoulder repair, dosing 80 mcg after PT sessions only and using CJC/IPA on the other days plus occasional KLOW. Hoping to reach 100 mcg post-PT and stay ahead on the next shoulder surgery.

Sounds like a tough stretch; hope recovery goes quickly.

Thanks. This will be my thirteenth operation with two more coming up soon; at this point I joke about earning a free one with a punch card.

Tried one kit of IGF-1 LR3, injecting IM into different muscles after workouts. Trainer noted lean gains, though it may have been encouragement. Switched to 2 IU HGH nightly; it costs less and keeps labs steadier. IGF threw numbers around. Progress in the gym is still climbing after adding test c.
