I tried measuring by spraying into a capped syringe. Even when a bottle claims a certain volume per spray it can differ, so test it yourself. Prime the pump first since that is how you will actually use it. Use distilled or deionized water that has been boiled and handle everything with sterile technique to avoid nasal infection.
I have 10 mg arriving and want to verify the math for nasal use. The problem is the spray bottle. I got one without any stated output per actuation. Calculators all ask for that number. Someone said fill the bottle with 5 ml and count how many sprays empty it. I am not sure if the bottle should be primed first or if the amount per spray is reliable enough to trust without checking.
