Summary

Long COVID or ME/CFS experiences and management options including peptides or vaccines?

One user reports being bedbound and seeing benefits from high doses of a peptide while seeking optimization ideas and connections. Another shares familiarity with studies using various peptides and compounds for similar post-vaccine or long COVID symptoms, noting a new peptide in development. Others describe symptoms resolving over time but recurring after mRNA vaccines, with one finding success using a different vaccine type without side effects.

Wondering if others here also face long Covid or ME/CFS. These leave me confined to bed in a dimly lit space. Substantial amounts of ss-31 taken two times weekly have produced strong improvements. I am exploring ways to improve things biologically through supplements or additional peptides along with handling costs and arrangements via bigger international purchases. Anyone else pursuing a comparable path, I would enjoy connecting to share experiences.

I've looked into investigations of post-vaccine syndromes that overlap a lot with prolonged covid effects, though they show higher rates of tumors especially in the colon along with nerve harm, heart troubles, and self-attacking immune issues. Trials have included compounds such as certain thymosin variants, a gut-derived peptide, an antimicrobial chain, pieces of additional thymosins, and select brain-focused synthetics. Work in this field is testing novel methods. One custom peptide still undergoing lab checks seems hopeful yet requires joining the trial for any later human-phase availability. It stops the spike from latching onto main receptors so it blocks cell invasion while cutting down heavy swelling, radical-related harm, tissue fluid buildup, and fatality. Lab tests turned up solid outcomes from an antiparasitic drug, a bean-based enzyme, a fruit enzyme, and aged turmeric extract against both conditions. Large sums have been reserved for people dealing with vaccine effects and something comparable could appear eventually for long covid cases. Those already in the trials stand first for any payouts. Many published papers line up on the same points free of political slant. Signing up for the work supplies continuous no-cost entry to top medical support.

My long covid troubles lasted two or three years before mostly fading during summer twenty twenty three. The issues usually pop back up briefly after each fresh covid shot. My regular doctor and heart specialist both suggested skipping any further mRNA versions from now on. ¯\ (ツ) /¯

That's fascinating stuff. Grateful for the details provided. Turns out I wondered about the existence of a similar tool, and now I'm pleased to learn development has started.

News outlets aren't covering these research findings very often, probably so things don't turn into a big debate. I came across an interesting write-up that describes how lots of individuals worry about sharing their experiences or talking about them in public.

That particular immunization worked out fine for me. There were absolutely zero reactions of any kind, including no tiredness whatsoever. This version follows the older approach instead of the genetic one.

I find it interesting how this vaccine starts off with three injections right away. Studies indicate it persists in the body for more time than the alternative versions, and I've come across info suggesting it's a tad stronger as well, anyway.

I might consider that option when my next covid shot comes due. Availability locally would decide things though. The spot where I normally pick up prescriptions has always just given one without any alternatives.
