Hello, I often travel across Australia by plane and use ice packs to keep my peptides cold. This morning after a flight, my MOTS-C became thicker, almost like liquid jelly. I didn't inject it, but I'm wondering if others have seen this. Could the ice packs have been too cold at the beginning? The vial went into the fridge upon return. Maybe the pressure changes during the two flights affected it? Or is the product bad? Or does it happen as it sits in the fridge over time? It's a 40mg vial mixed with 3ml of BA, only 8 days old. Thanks for any shared experiences.

I should have checked first, but I looked into it and found this. Sharing it here. It could apply to other peptides that have higher amounts in a 3ml vial. Has anyone else seen this, particularly those who travel?

Appreciate the share. I'm about to mix up some Mots-c, so this is important. It suggests needing a more dilute mix for Mots-c. I hadn't seen that detail earlier.

Tbird, I ran into the identical issue with mots recently and figured it was due to how concentrated it was. I mixed it again properly and it was fine, but since it's a 10mg vial and I take 5mg twice weekly, I tried using only 0.1ml bac instead of 0.2. After fridge for 3 days it turned white and jelly-like. Warmed it in my hand, left on counter half hour, swirled a bit and it returned to normal. So next time I'll stick with the usual 0.2ml for 10mg.

Just to check, you mixed 10mg into only 0.1ml bac water? Or did I misread? I also have 10mg vials and was planning on 1ml, but now unsure if you meant 1ml instead. Can you confirm?

For 10mg mots I use 0.2ml bac total, so each injection has 5mg in 0.1ml. Next time I'll use the dilution that worked before: 10mg into 0.4ml bac, injecting 0.2ml each time. That strength never got cloudy for me.
