I'm curious about other people's experiences with PT-141, particularly around receptor desensitisation and tolerance from ongoing use. Have you noticed reduced libido or weaker erections in the days after dosing? My own tries went like this: first 0.5 mg produced nothing. Seven days later 1 mg caused some nausea but no sexual response after three hours, so I added another 2 mg. Roughly an hour after that a very firm erection appeared even though desire itself stayed flat. The following days erections felt stronger while desire remained ordinary. Another week on I used 2 mg with my partner and the session went well with several rounds. Afterward erections were still firmer during sex but desire did not increase. Two weeks after the last dose I now feel almost no interest in sex and have trouble getting or keeping erections, though I already had occasional ED issues before.
