Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to this forum and still figuring things out. There's this ongoing discussion about bacteriostatic water that's leaving me puzzled. I got some online and wonder if it's reliable, since folks here claim only a certain brand works while the rest could be questionable. So far I haven't run into any issues myself, so I'm wondering what the actual situation is. Could anyone clarify this? Appreciate it!

Those fine with pumping mold along with random germs right into their veins might as well grab the budget version since any tiny discount apparently makes the risk okay.

I figure the peptides should turn out okay. I picked up some filters just in case and used extra proper BAC water after noticing that most samples I checked came in well below the usual concentration level.

I don't usually pay attention to brand names for ordinary purchases. This type of water counts as the exception though. It looks like just one company makes it at all, and they cut back output whenever orders spike. My habit is to grab a single container of it and keep that in the freezer next to my bottle of spirits. Whenever I need to mix a peptide vial I shift the container into the fridge overnight so a small amount can thaw. I wipe the top clean before drawing out what I need and then put everything back. One container covers plenty of mixes that way so there's no point in ordering a full case.

I see folks assuming this water holds up better when frozen solid. But lower temps actually weaken how well the alcohol fights off microbe growth. The label calls for keeping it at ordinary room conditions instead.

The reason behind their advice isn't clear to me. I figure it's aimed at appealing to medical centers. I also think the item holds up at least equally well when frozen versus ordinary surroundings, though cooler settings could turn out differently.
