New to the community so I need to confirm my arithmetic. The test subject should begin with a five tenths milligram portion of the material. Taking the ten milligram container and adding two milliliters of the water that prevents bacteria then with the dosing pen would ten increments deliver that portion? It would help to have another method to verify since I'm calculating mentally now and the reliability of those increments on the device concerns me. The three milliliter container holding that mixture registers approximately one hundred thirty to one hundred forty increments which appears strange.

After emptying the cartridge for priming, does that leave you with 130-140? Your calculation points to needing ten clicks for each dose. Every injector I've used has a single click representing one unit. That means a hundred clicks equal a hundred units, or one milliliter.
