Without side effects at a low dose the straightforward move is to go higher.
A 53-year-old male reports nearly two months on reta with a 7 kg drop so far. This is his first peptide run and he is now at 4 mg per week after starting at 0.5 mg and increasing faster than planned. He maintains a calorie deficit, lifts two or three times weekly, and adds some cardio. Food noise has dropped and consistency improved, producing solid early results, yet the last ten days or so show almost no movement despite the deficit. He asks whether to raise the dose toward 6 mg or hold steady and wait longer. At 4 mg he has almost no sides beyond mild constipation, and appetite effects remain strong. A recent DEXA scan, though done after starting, indicated he still needs to shift fat to lean mass.
