Haven't tried the savvio but the luxura is a smooth pen.

The American version hides those completely from view. I searched but came up empty.
My favorite one indicates the leftover quantity on the final pin. You won't be able to rotate it beyond the content remaining inside the tube. A comparable model operates automatically instead. A few folks choose the premium option because of its noticeable clicks and robust construction.
