My impression is that only a handful of messy workshops are manufacturing everything like this. For the less common varieties it could even be in private sheds. This leads me to question the true source of it all has anybody figured that out?
My compact freeze-drying unit sits on the workbench. The company that built it wants oil safe for food inside the vacuum pump. Agricultural retailers carry the stuff because dairy farms rely on it to run their milking equipment.
Even if swallowing them seems fine there are probably extra chemicals mixed in to keep them stable and working well and those might mess with the peptides somehow. It's just one more unknown thing in what those HPLC spikes are made of that nobody bothers checking.
