Too many duplicate threads lately?

A quick quip from that series! There's a narrow distinction when it comes to hijacking another member's discussion about a comparable problem versus launching a separate one on the identical or almost identical subject. Both options suit me fine. Every so often a brand new thread on an issue pulls in extra folks, further input, different angles, and shared brainstorming. It can end up genuinely helpful. You folks across the pond with that pesky sterile solution, right... (Only joking! Everyone gets how challenging it stays!)

Lately I've noticed a lot of new members coming in. Many seem to skip any research on the substance they plan to try. It's obvious from the speed at which they ramp up their amounts. This comes from my own watching only. Guess that's just the way things go.

I've noticed an increase in threads that read like personal logs or ways to grab attention recently. It feels similar to the old social networking platform. It might be good to add another category below the main talk area called something for individual experiences. This could let folks skip over them or check out different parts more easily.

Experience has taught me to avoid posing any queries here. Too many times I've watched folks get directed toward searching for answers themselves.

I never let tiny matters bother me since time slips away fast and obsessing over petty details feels pointless. Scrolling past takes care of any irritation when it appears. The same kind of pointless moaning shows up inside online discussion spots and communities everywhere.

It seems like most folks here chase platform metrics and attention just to climb in status levels. Useful details do exist in this place if you spend effort digging through everything. I also get the sense some experienced members have dropped out entirely. Expecting pushback or removal over sharing this view.
