It does not seem like a problem but I am not qualified to give advice and there might be something I do not know about. Why not just change the dose instead of diluting since these can be measured quite small?

I might have explained it wrong. I want to inject one milligram per unit. Right now the bottle is two milligrams per unit. I figured adding a bit more BAC might help keep it stable. Or am I just overthinking it. I will go with overthinking it.

Twenty milligrams per milliliter is okay. What worries me more is how long you will be using that sixty-milligram vial if you are only taking two milligrams each time. I would not dilute it because I do not see the point and every time you open the vial you risk contaminating it.

A lot of people started with compounders. Someone who did not know better sent me to one. I know some folks who say a single vial can be used for up to six months if you take good care of it. Still, tossing it would be okay too. I just do not like wasting it if it can still be used safely. Thanks for the help and info.

Just the one vial. I do not even need it. I am embarrassed to say what I paid for it.
You might want to get point-five milliliter syringes so the zero-point-one milliliter mark is easier to see. I use the small ones for another peptide.
I understand wanting simpler math but you could just figure it out once and write the number down. Or does your dose change a lot? I would calculate it for each dose and note it on a sticker on the vial.

Just use it. I liked that compounder too and also spent a lot on compounded versions at one point. It is like paying to learn.
It really is. But after learning about other options we all feel taken advantage of. The prices were outrageous.
The picture of the U-100 syringe is right for twenty milligrams of peptide in one milliliter of solution. For a two-milligram dose you would draw zero-point-one milliliters or ten units. Yes you could add one milliliter of BAC and then draw twenty units for the same dose. Adding fresh BAC would increase resistance to bacteria. At two milligrams you would get ten doses or a ten-week supply which means the vial would be over four months old by the end. Your one-to-one goal is fine but not the usual target. Makers usually specify how much BAC to use. Many people draw ten or twenty units and have no issues. I always use forty to fifty units to avoid skin reactions. Where was the vial kept? Room temperature? The compounder said three weeks max at room temperature. Refrigerated then six months.
My peptides got better treatment than my kids did. They have been stored very carefully. I am watching it closely. It is no big deal if it ends up in the trash. I just wanted to get a few more doses out of it before tossing it.
I am using thirty-one gauge. They draw slower so it takes an extra minute to fill the syringe. Only push through the stopper once. If you have trouble filling and need to go back in again, throw that needle away and start over because it dulls it. Make sure to return any extra solution to the vial. You barely feel them.
