Team more. I prefer better accuracy in the dose. I don't mind injecting a larger volume of BAC water and I have no issue with needles.

If you're in Italy, were you able to get bacteriostatic water? The more common European diluent doesn't have the same 28-day guidance. With real bac water I go up to three months. I'm team less, currently 15 mg tirzepatide at 20 unit shots. The downside to less volume is less precision, so I'm very exact when mixing using a reverse calculator and then hope for the best.

I prefer smaller amounts overall. Even attempting to lower my tirz intake gradually, I end up below ten units anyway. For NAD+, one milligram per unit works fine for me. I inject gradually, and pause briefly if there's any discomfort before pushing further. I've never needed more than thirty units. With copper, I pull extra bacteriostatic water beforehand to thin it out, yet I still measure fifteen to twenty units. Those three milliliter syringes feel completely different. I skip the zero point three ones, thanks.
