I stick to pretty much the same meals each day, switching only the soup flavor to add some interest. After waking I fast for a minimum of three hours before eating. My first meal consists of two chicken thighs along with two eggs, a whole bell pepper, four asparagus pieces and some mushrooms all grilled without any oil. Three hours following that I have one hundred fifty grams of blackberries with honey and yogurt. Then three hours after the fruit portion comes five hundred grams of soup as the next meal. So far this approach has really helped my body by decreasing leg inflammation, shedding weight and letting me accomplish more activities.
I need to fix what I said before. The fresh alert highlights a bigger chance for that blood acid issue because of not consuming enough meals, rather than the diet itself being the main problem. Chances go up with skipping food for periods, having too many drinks, or not drinking sufficient fluids. They put this information into the subsequent research phases, and such cases stay uncommon.
