Combining them alters that setup so one or both lose their proper shape and stop working as well or at all. The GLP-1 types are built with very tight structures so they react badly to any change.
Hardly any studies cover putting several of these together in one shot. They might stick to each other and get absorbed less or one could speed up the breakdown of the other. Clumps can form too and that leads to uneven amounts being delivered. None of this can be guessed ahead of time even when each one behaves fine on its own.
Every type moves into the body at its own pace and lasts a different amount of time. The GLP-1 versions are meant for gradual steady uptake. Putting others with them can speed that up or slow it down without warning and change how much actually reaches the blood. That often brings on stronger unwanted reactions like feeling sick or low blood sugar.
Pulling from more than one source and going back into containers several times raises the chance of germs getting in or the material breaking down from rough handling.
Even careful measuring does not guarantee the right amount of each one ends up in the shot because things can settle or mix unevenly.
