Have you stopped taking your GLP, and if so what happened?
Yeah I think I'll do that, thanks. Right now I'm losing about three to four pounds a month so that feels about right.

That's what concerns me about stopping since I still have a stone or so left. I'm on ten milligrams now but don't know whether to go higher…
