Dosing titration strategies side effects and results for weight loss medication

Started at 1mg yesterday. Already no food cravings and feel full after just a drink. Kind of have to push myself to eat right now.

Normal side effects?

I'm confused why anyone would double the dose after already having unpleasant effects on half of it.
