Over the past several days I've administered this one under the skin. My goal was to see the differences between the two approaches. If I switched to nasal delivery I'd stick with identical amounts and timing. Adding the acetyl group improves absorption and prolongs the duration without boosting potency significantly. It's nowhere near twice as powerful. Some references suggest the modified version might require more, yet I notice one milligram performs equally well in either case. Lately I've tried amounts from eight hundred micrograms up to one milligram injected under the skin with the altered form and it performs satisfactorily.

Is Selank something you can handle in a similar style as well?

It matches precisely. I took thirty milligrams of the compound and combined it into a nasal spray using six milliliters of salt water. That means two pumps give one milligram. I preferred a smaller amount so I tested it out and then mixed in additional salt water to reduce the strength when necessary.

I'm wondering about a few things. Which syringe type do you employ when introducing the solution into containers or the atomizer? Certain individuals opt for bigger volume ones solely for mixing purposes. In what manner do you move the liquid from its original container into the small bottles? Do you pull it straight from the source using the needle device, or perhaps pour a portion into an intermediate container beforehand? Have you ever used the mist dispensers multiple times? How exactly do you go about disinfecting everything?

NorthQuill51archiveMay 26

For anyone using both compounds at once, I'm curious whether they get prepared in their own nasal applicators or if blending them together is workable. Pardon me if this comes across as obvious or already discussed.

Even though the discussion is dated I've hunted around for details on this without success so far. When using both did you combine them during matching hours or save the relaxing one until later to get its soothing benefits?

I combine the pair together without trouble. Blends of them show up from various outlets.

I combined them successfully in my setup. I put together a mixture spray on my own. Quite a few users appreciate how both work at once. For me it didn't work out well since one dominated the other, leaving me without the full advantages from each. My routine has one in the early part of the day and the other towards evening, though results vary per person.

For drawing up and moving the solution a three milliliter syringe works well for me. The filtering step goes straight into the atomizer containers. Seventy percent rubbing alcohol is what I pour in a couple of milliliters then agitate and eject it via the tip multiple times. After that I clean the container and dispenser using salt water. I have also used peroxide following the identical method.

NorthQuill51archiveMay 29

I'm wondering what kind of schedules others follow with these two. Mine runs thirty days active then thirty off for the first, and fifteen active with thirty off for the second. Does that setup seem okay?

SteadyTimber65archiveMay 29

I began trying nasal use roughly a week back and always run it through a filter first. It reaches the brain fast and I was struck by how soon partial effects showed up. I feel steadier and can hold attention longer so I wrap up one task before starting the next in a neater sequence. My vision looks sharper too. I kept telling myself it had to be all in my head until I checked the reports on eyesight again. While tracking my own notes I noticed that right after a dose everything around me seemed lighter and more distinct. The mental haze has eased and thoughts come through more cleanly which beats what I expected. One thing I ran into is that fitting in an extra dose near four in the afternoon leaves me wide awake later. Right now it is past one in the morning and I am still scrolling the boards. I could reach for the second option tonight but I am holding off while I stick to my schedule keep notes and keep reading.

I was informed that combining semax and motc c isn't feasible. Is this accurate?

Mixing them works since they operate through distinct mechanisms, yet the stimulating rush tends to overstimulate me unless the amount stays small. Everyone handles them differently.

Your reply was really helpful and I see you've put a lot of thought into it from what you've gone through yourself. The best part is how willing you are to pass on what you know without holding back. That means a lot to me. Since I'm just starting out here, expect more questions coming my way. πŸ™‚

I really appreciate it. Helping out is something I enjoy doing whenever I can.

Until now this was totally unfamiliar to me. It seems like a perfect match for my situation. Mental haziness along with weak recall has persisted through the past decade. At fifty years old I plan to test it whenever the chance appears.

I also went with Epitalon through the nose. After dealing with lingering mental haze from the virus, I tried it ahead of Semax. To me it feels like getting the motor ready prior to hitting the accelerator. Several forum discussions cover Epitalon as well.

Curious what the common routine is for adamax. Do you go nasal or subcutaneous? Came across different takes on each.

I stick with SQ. Steady energy throughout the day appeals more to me than a brief period of excitement. Amounts from two hundred fifty to three hundred fifty feel right. Higher levels turn overwhelming quickly and build tolerance sooner. People vary.

SteadyQuill58archiveJun 17

Running a business with my spouse is stressful, but nasal selank gives both of us a calm focus. Semax works too, though I find it a bit more subtle.

SteadyQuill55archiveJun 22

I'm bringing back an old thread since it has lots of intranasal users. I want to try selank or adamax or some nasal nootropic but I'm confused about avoiding an infection. Some info says to finish it in a couple days, yet the spray bottles look oversized and costly. Are folks spending on multiples and tossing them after two days, or just putting a small amount into cheaper bottles they'll discard soon? I'm getting lost in the practical details.

If you haven't tried Semax yet, start there since you won't know your response. Some people feel almost nothing, others nothing at all, and the rest get the advertised effects they like. It's also the lowest-cost way in. If that works, then move to NA Semax and so on. Selank is prepared the same. I usually mix 20 mg with saline, filter it into the spray bottle, then add the remaining saline. That gives enough for a 20-day cycle. Stored in the fridge it should stay fine that long.

Your explanation cleared things up nicely, pal. I actually mistyped and had the other one in mind instead. Anxiety plays no role here at all, since my only aim is sharpening mental performance. πŸ˜‚

That kind of mindset will spoil the peptide experience. I'm looking at the anxiety and sleep peptides to stop grinding my teeth at night. I already need a mouth guard.

You also brought up Adamax, and you really want solid experience with Semax first. Adamax intranasally gives 4-5 hours of strong effects. I prefer SQ because it's steadier and lasts the whole day.

SteadyQuill55archiveJun 23
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

Oh, that's tied to anxiety? Then there's a good chance I have anxiety I've been managing for years through hoarding and chain smoking. Anyway, I also use a night guard. That's useful to know, thank you. I'll try semax first on a weekend to gauge it. Edit: wait. It sounds like SQ adamax is actually what I need; I don't want to spray peptides up my nose but would if it gave the cognitive boost. I just got a big promotion and face a steep learning curve on technical work for the next few months. But if adamax is SQ and keeps me sharper all day, that might be the better option. I'll look into it more.

Wondering what the overall volume of saline measures in milliliters. Came across another option for obtaining the solution besides the usual small containers.

CopperAlder51archiveJun 23
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

I just use the saline available in bottles or 5 or 10 mL ampules. My spray uses 20 mg peptide and 4 mL saline for a 1 mg dose at 500 mcg per spray. If you want to cut that to 500 mcg total, add another 4 mL saline for 8 mL overall.
