I'm still dealing with feeling hungry constantly, and much of that seems like false signals. It's tough for me to tell apart actual hunger from those signals. Usually, if I have no interest in choosing nutritious options, it means the hunger isn't genuine. I've noticed that slowing down my eating pace gives me time to recognize when I'm satisfied and avoid going too far. Someday I want to sort this whole thing out.

I'm in the same spot right now. That point about healthy choices not seeming appealing meaning it's not genuine appetite really connects with me. I've observed something similar when taking meals more slowly, giving my system a moment to register satisfaction instead of just pushing forward. I'm still sorting out the difference between real appetite and stray urges, though it's becoming easier to spot as days pass.
