the amounts you listed seem low overall. GHK-Cu usually needs 3-5 mg daily before changes show up after a full month. BPC and TB are only worth using if you are dealing with an injury or about to do something that might cause one. AOD has mixed feedback and the common amount is 500 mcg every day rather than five days a week. 5-amino-1mq taken by mouth at 50 mg twice daily worked better for me. MOTS-c can go as high as 15 mg per week. At your height and weight 90 g of protein looks too low; aiming for roughly 1 g per pound of body weight or at least 0.7 g per pound helps keep muscle. Sleep of seven to nine hours is essential and stress matters too. Good luck.
right now my daily stack looks like this: ghk-cu at 1.7 mg, bpc-157 plus tb-500 at 250 mcg, aod-9604 at 300 mcg on weekdays, 5-amino-1mq at 300 mcg in the morning, mots-c at 1 mg in the morning on weekdays, and retatrutide at 6 mg weekly. I jumped straight to that retatrutide dose after finishing six months on tirzepatide and dropping 55 pounds. After four weeks on the new stack I have not lost any weight for the last three weeks and it feels like a plateau, which is frustrating because the tirzepatide had been steady. I still have 35-40 pounds left to reach my target. I am lifting, hitting 90 g of protein, keeping carbs low and fiber high from pills, and I just bought a yoga mat to add some core work at home. Sleep feels unchanged and still decent. Skin looks the same as before with no wrinkles or issues, though the message cuts off there.
