Cortisone can ease inflammation and give some relief but it is only a short-term fix in my experience. A mix of BPC/TB and possibly KPV looks like it could be a stronger approach overall. Not a doctor though, so listen to actual medical professionals instead of random people online.
I'm scheduled for a guided cortisone injection to address a spine problem. Has anyone come across studies or personal experiences about using peptides such as TB500 or BP157, or any growth hormone agonists, to make the cortisone more effective? Or is it better to just let the cortisone work on its own?
