Checking the levels on a plotter shows that splitting gives lower peaks and higher troughs than one full weekly shot, which explains the milder sides. Matching the original peak usually requires a small total increase. Some people just push through the hunger waves. I notice my own appetite rises after carbs, probably from a glucose bump, but I keep some in because cutting them completely leaves me tired and workouts suffer. A bit of dose and food tweaking usually helps, and I keep fruit and raw carrots handy for when hunger hits.
I've been looking for some input on what others have seen. I started at 7.5 mg of the Tirz mix but sides made me switch to splitting it into 3.75 mg shots. The first few splits worked nicely with fewer issues and hunger staying reasonable, yet the last couple haven't seemed to do much. I took one yesterday evening, felt fine this morning, but by late afternoon today I was starving. Ate a full meal then kept going until guilt stopped me. Maybe bumping the amount is the next step.
