KPV twice a day?

12 replies8 peopleJan 23, 2026β˜† Follow
Summary

How are people dosing KPV, including twice daily and in blends with GHK-cu?

Several users report adding a second KPV injection in the morning on top of an evening GHK-cu/KPV mix, with doses like 0.4 mg or 750 mcg per shot. Others stick to once-daily evening or morning use at 500 mcg to 1 mg and note mild drowsiness or faster relief from back and neck issues. One user describes a multi-peptide blend including GHK-basic to cut injection sting, while another mentions cycling KPV two weeks per month.

Is anyone else injecting KPV two times each day? In the evening I do a mix of GHK-cu and KPV at 2mg and 0.4mg, plus an extra 0.4mg KPV shot in the morning. Just wondering if others are trying this too or if it's just me. πŸ™ƒ

I take five hundred micrograms every night. It tends to cause some sleepiness. Though I'm not looking into the topic currently.

From papers I've looked at one can handle a ton of KPV each day and experience almost nothing unusual though the exact amount isn't something I remember.

Every day I start with a milligram of KPV right after getting up.

Hi! Wondering about the proportions in your Cu/Basic/KPV mix. Also curious about how you dose it, if that's alright to ask. Inflammation is something I need to tackle that goes further than GHKs and Tirz. Thanks!

I'm mixing 50 milligrams copper base with 50 milligrams KPV plus 30 milligrams BAC into a total of 6 milliliters. I fill a 20 unit syringe to get around 1.65 from the GHK portion and 1 milligram KPV. I also dose 1 milligram KPV when I wake up and again before sleep. I'm fine mentioning it here yet I keep thinking I share too many personal details on the web. <sigh>

I appreciate the response. Viewing it from an external perspective, you don't strike me as discussing your personal matters excessively in this thread. 😊

I'm wondering about separating those items rather than using the combined version. My reason comes from my significant other wanting GHkCU, though the stack draws me in for the added KPV advantages as well.

I felt worried enough over the possible tie between fresh blood vessel development and tumor formation that I skipped those two substances entirely. Cancer runs heavily through my relatives since both a grandparent and a sibling passed from it inside a single year.

Sorry for not knowing this but I have no idea what basic means.

I figure it's the version of that peptide without copper in it. This one has no metal attached so it can pair up with any extra copper from the other form and lessen the irritation when applied. It also serves to signal the body for fixing damaged areas by encouraging cells to move and altering how genes work for healing. You can find it naturally in blood spit and pee but amounts drop as people get older from around two hundred down to eighty in nanograms per milliliter between twenty and sixty years old. It does a great job clearing out harmful oxygen molecules and other bad stuff from fat breakdown. At that ten micromolar level it cuts those oxygen species almost in half inside cells. It handles certain radicals better than the usual cell protector glutathione. On top of that it lowers the production of inflammation markers such as tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin six in lab tests. It affects routes like the nuclear factor kappa b and p38 map kinase ones that control swelling responses. Even though this form lacks copper its main role ties back to copper management because the histidine part grabs onto copper two ions well making it a carrier. This leads to changes in more than four thousand genes affecting repair of tissues dealing with oxidation and swelling control. People often compare how it regulates genes to the version that has copper bound.

Appreciate the breakdown you gave. I'll check around with my usual sources to find out who stocks this. That option for lower irritation or ISR really appeals to me.

I began taking it two times daily just a few days back. Each dose is 750mcg. I have a pinched nerve in my neck along with spasms in my lower back, and I have some car and plane trips coming up that I can't skip, haha. The lower back spasms disappeared within roughly a day, and my neck is getting better too already. Both improved faster than I thought they would. Haven't seen any side effects so far.
