There are some sites online that offer the blend already mixed at 10 mg pt141, 20 mg selank and 10 mg oxytocin. Not sure, but the selank portion looks high relative to the others.

It works by taking anxiety out of the picture with Selank while pt141 and oxytocin act together on the arousal side and help with the pleasurable sensations during sex, making everything stronger. Sounds like something worth trying, and just a couple of sprays, no needles involved.

Haha same here. Can't wait to order the new items, need pt141 and oxytocin. I'm especially curious about the right proportions for the blend.
Check suggested amounts from dosing resources to figure out the right mix ratios for combining all three. Or prepare them individually as nasal sprays instead, that's my preference.

Leaving oxytocin aside since subq was rough for me personally, selank and PT-141 worked better subcutaneously. Started at 0.6 mg PT-141 and went up by 0.2 mg each time until reaching 1.2 mg to avoid nausea. For regular Selank the 2:1 ratio can be a bit high but not wrong; with the amidate version it might be excessive.

Have you thought about Kisspeptin with PT-141 and maybe oxytocin, not necessarily pre-mixed but used as a protocol?

I think I'll get all three and try them one at a time, then in pairs, and finally as a blend. Want to figure out the right way to build it, the online version seems to have too much selank. Why was oxytocin such a problem for you?

Yeah sure, but my aim is to make a spray that just boosts everything sex-related. A couple of sprays and then done. More for fun and recreational use.
Subcutaneously it gave a noticeable flush, mild short euphoria, and a strange comedown. The next day I felt very flat with a nauseous headache. Tried it alone. Be careful blending, not sure about the pH or charge of each, but they need to work together in one vial. Not entirely sure they do; Kisspeptin can be tricky sometimes.

Going for a light concentration so I can adjust the dose as needed. Not using kisspeptin. The pH issue is real, need to look into it more, hope someone here can help.

I've used Oxytocin and Kisspeptin and don't think they would add much for arousal. I've heard PT141 helps but haven't tried it. An intranasal version of tadalafil would be interesting since it's supposed to work faster and absorb better that way. Not approved but neither are most peptides.

Tried but couldn't get a good result because of the dosages, still working on it.
Did some math, it's quite hard to get a good balance. The versions found online had a very high selank dose that risks taking too much. Will run some tests and update everyone, it's an interesting blend that's comfortable to use.

PT 141 might just be the top peptide I've encountered yet. Incredible!
The substance has a weight of 1025 daltons, leaving me doubtful it could produce noticeable effects when taken through the nose. Still curious to see any fresh reports on the matter.

I combine ten milligrams of each compound with eight milliliters of point nine percent saline to prepare my nasal delivery solution. This setup yields two hundred fifty micrograms with every point one milliliter actuation. Typical pumps release that volume per spray so I work out my preferred amounts accordingly.

I'm interested in an update too. Pt 141 is something I really enjoy. It works very effectively. Trt means I no longer require it.
