I've found this treatment quite effective in my case. In addition I'm using another oral supplement for my irritable bowel and reflux conditions. It's unclear to me whether the reduction in my digestive discomfort during the past several months results from this treatment, the supplement, or their interaction.
Peptide user experiences for fat loss recomp and side effects
Don't forget it's good for hair growth too. I add it to my hair tonic as well.
I didn't see the other thread. Reta looks like the clear favorite here. Where did it rank in the other thread?
So the next step would be three or four milligrams of Retatrutide for a month. I picked three milligrams to keep side effects low. Visceral fat took time and was basically the last thing to disappear, and I had plenty of it. But Reta does wonders for fat burning. Tesamoralin is thought to keep stimulating the pituitary with daily use, which might lead to reduced effectiveness. Taking two or three days off lets the receptors rest and keeps sensitivity up so the pituitary still gives a strong pulse of growth hormone. It also helps keep IGF-1 levels reasonable. Today I'm only two pounds from my goal weight.
mt2 turned me from skin that never tans to looking Greek. Great stuff until the side effects showed up.
What's the status of your plantar fasciitis so far? And how did the other ankle respond to the treatment?
For the people talking about visceral fat, how are you confirming it's leaving? Getting DEXA scans or just going by feel?
My peptide supply used to fill the fridge and I injected six or seven times daily but now it's down to three shots each day. The schedule runs like this on the first day I take Reta with either SS31 or SLUPP plus TB500 the next day it is MOTS-C with TB500 then it loops back. I'm running low on TB500 and won't be getting more since I'm moving to daily BPC157 instead. Combining those two didn't give me much extra help with healing anyway I mainly relied on BPC when I had specific injuries. On the days I use Reta I switch between SS31 and SLUPP every six weeks. I switched to every other day for Reta because previously I would use CAG to handle sugar cravings on the off days from my twice-weekly shots trying smaller doses every other day worked equally well. Now though I have a freezer stocked with CAG Tesa IPA and NAD+ that I won't touch anymore. From December onward I've lost around 48 pounds or 22 kilos. I considered trying BAM15 too but that would require fitting it into the rotation with the others and since the weight keeps dropping at a good pace there's no point in adding more stuff.
MOTS-C is exercise in a bottle? Or do you mind explaining it.
Is there anything else NAD+ is good at?
Can I ask why you decided to stop using NAD+, Tesa and IPA? Were they not effective? I heard you can take fifty-milligram BM15 capsules because of bioavailability.
I ran a couple weeks without NAD+ and energy stayed high, probably because I’m already running two mitochondria peptides at once. Tesa felt like extra injections but I still get the same results from Reta and eating clean-ish. I stopped IPA mainly because if I want to build muscle with a little extra help I might as well use Tesa or another synthetic.
Tirz, Mots-c, Tesa/Ipa gave noticeable weight loss within the first two weeks.
GH has been the one for me. Nothing else comes close for improving overall well-being and making me look and feel better at my age. Very few compounds can do so many things at once. It made everything else work better too. And where did my waist go?
Why opt for NR as opposed to NMN? My RS is about to commence this approach and intends to employ NR or NMN in lieu of NAD+. How did your results turn out?
For nearly a decade I've stayed with the same NR product and kept it going through the whole 14-week stretch. Studies I've seen indicate that NR along with NMN or NAM all work as NAD+ building blocks and consistently lift the related markers in people. Plenty of others mention feeling better after boosting NAD+ levels yet I saw no need to switch away from my usual choice. Tests from outside labs placed the NR I've used among the two most dependable options sold. With NMN the picture looked different since research from roughly five years back found most products contained either none or far less than claimed on the label with about two thirds failing that way and only a small handful coming close to what was promised.
Thanks for this. I have been wanting to add 5a1.
Those items produced results I could verify without question in my own case.
Which unwanted reactions are you dealing with?
Reta, Pinealon, epitalon, semax, Selank, Cortexin, Oxytocin.
I first tried Reta and like plenty of others have found it got me moving toward real shifts. The combo of 5Amino Mots-C NAD gives me a clear lift when taken before training or first thing. I usually hit the gym at dawn but if a session falls later I add another round of 5Amino and notice the extra drive. After shedding 35-40 pounds with Reta I brought in Tesa which held my weight steady while sharpening body recomposition. Sleep improved noticeably and the changes kept building with striking vascularity plus a tight waistline. I sampled CJC/IPa before switching to Tesa and at the start it helped with rest and training but around five or six weeks my joints ached and I started feeling like I had slipped back. I dropped it for Tesa and stuck with that instead. I ran AOD through one round and thought it added something yet because it sat inside my morning mix I never pinned down its exact role so I set it aside. PT141 needed a couple tries to dial in the amount and once set it performed but left me feeling sluggish the following day almost like a faint cold that hung around. That aftereffect kept me from reaching for it again even though the main effect showed up. These plus a couple extras have stayed in my rotation across the last year or so.
Still pretty new to peptides but reta has given me the most noticeable results so far. Only on week four and already loving the appetite control, less food noise, and feeling more in control. BPC-157 worked really well for me in the past for recovery and nagging aches. I've also been trying DSIP at smaller doses for sleep and recovery. Keeping the stack minimal so I can tell what each compound is doing instead of mixing too many at once.
Taking melanotan along with the triple agonist has left me slender and bronzed.
I'm wondering about the routine people follow for Tesa. Weighing it against the CJC combo, I've seen mentions of two milligrams daily, which would leave a kit with just fifty servings. Since you've used both, what are your thoughts?
For me it's Reta. It's a cliché but it hasn't only helped me lose weight I felt I couldn't lose, it's completely changed my relationship with food in a way I never thought would happen.
Mind sharing the amount along with the variety of growth hormone involved or whether this is simply the human version?
Just Chinese grey HGH. I take three IU, one in the morning and two in the evening.
I found that the initial option really helped reduce my weight along with blood pressure and joint swelling from my arthritis. It also made me lose any desire for sugary treats or drinks, aiding further in shedding pounds. After that, I switched over to the other compound aiming for better reduction in body fat since I still had quite a bit. I'm really enjoying how it has lifted the mental cloudiness and boosted my vitality, especially with my ongoing fatigue condition. However, the urges for food have returned along with constipation even though I consume plenty of roughage, and I've gained a few pounds. It would be great if the benefits from both could be combined somehow... what's the way to decide on the ideal one?
I'm wondering if this stops being effective once I quit using it.
Yes, only while you're on it.
Those two had zero noticeable impact on me whatsoever. On a related note though the fat loss aid really simplified my diet phase a lot. It might have worked a bit too well since I ended up looking thinner than planned. One product leaves me with the appearance of spending all my time on outdoor chores while the arousal compound performs exactly as expected. The recovery pair used one at a time seem to be gradually fixing my bad shoulder and that has me eager to keep going with the plan.
Dude, someone mentioned SLU doesn't work well for shots once you mix it up again since a reaction I can't recall cuts its strength sharply. Tablets end up seeming better overall. What made you drop NAD+ these days? BAM15 also gets mentioned as tablets taken together with SLU.
Have others tried mixing them together? At this stage my focus stays on tirz since it controls hunger signals effectively and brings me no issues at all. Lately though meals leave me less satisfied than before. I acquired some reta around the festive period and have started working it in gradually with my usual routine. Began at half a milligram this week to ease into the upsides while avoiding the problems from rushing the dose increase earlier on. Over the coming months I want to settle into a workable mix of both.
Keeping records of all my usage patterns and running lab tests often lets me see real changes. The items that showed up positively in my results include the following. Retatrutide had noticeable impact. Combining CJC with GHRP2 lifted IGF1 readings around sixty percent. Using CJC DAC multiplied IGF1 three times over. Enclomiphene took my testosterone to double the starting point within thirty days. HCG raised testosterone eighty percent after seven days though when paired with enclomiphene the gains stopped at double overall. DSIP adjusted my tracker data for ten percent higher deep sleep but this came from lowering REM rather than affecting wake or light stages.
I purchased Enclomiphene and got Clomid instead. I'm not sure if I want to take another hit like that.
I was paying about twenty-five dollars a gram for it from an American manufacturer with over ninety-nine percent enclo purity on HPLC.
From what I've been told over time this version comes with the strongest research support and it looks like it lines up properly based on how the body processes things. The top option is obviously the main one around.
It suits me fine even with the higher expense, which led me to a reduced daily portion instead. Changes stay mild overall, yet skipping makes the lack obvious right away. Studies back this up strongly too. Others report strong surges from shots of the alternate compound, but that level of boost isn't something I want, and production risks allow bacterial contaminants. This option instead provides steady clean vitality without problems. I kept going with it once the initial cycle wrapped up. No redness at injection spots or allergic responses happen either, which works out well. Recently I picked up extra batches to have on hand going forward.
The impact from Reta and Tirz stands out clearly to me. Benefits appear to come from the CJC IPA BPC mix because I avoid muscle soreness following my weight sessions. I remain unsure about the NAD Mots and SS-31.
Sure, most of my discomfort faded after that. Some uneven muscle strength around there still needs attention, yet sorting out the rip let me keep advancing and removed the intense stabbing feeling.
My system seemed stuck holding the damage steady without any real recovery. I lived through that before and want nothing like it again haha
Which amount of PT141 gave the best outcome in your case?
I've started with those two compounds recently. Effects from the weight loss one show up fast since nausea hits almost right away at the beginning. The other feels much nicer by comparison. Once that daily sickness passed the pounds began coming off. It also brought my blood pressure down further than any medication had managed and that change came within just a few weeks.
Those GLP compounds do their job for sure, yet they destroy my existence through total lack of pleasure. The visible effects end up being fat reduction along with severe low mood and anxiety attacks. I don't find it worthwhile personally. That BPC substance failed to help with my elbow issue from tennis. For NAD, I'm uncertain whether it produces any obvious external changes. With Semax, it appears to be beneficial for me. I experience a reasonable state along with relaxed vitality.
Reta delivered strong benefits to me and only minor unwanted reactions. Tesamoralin was likewise beneficial although it led to substantial water retention.
Happy to have spotted this thread. I deal with major drive issues while on reta too though mine stays milder than full depression. Heard NAD works as a strong compound and starts the chain toward GSH so I plan to give it a shot. On semax it seems worthwhile yet you described it as relaxing whereas I always figured selank handled the relaxation side and semax handled alertness along with energy and concentration.
I've found that combining those two substances gives me the top results overall. Although one of them on its own outperformed the other for my needs, adding them together has delivered solid progress. It's been about eight weeks with both now, and things are going smoothly. My main drawback has been an increase in how sensitive I am to dogs, leading to quicker skin reactions around them. Still, the benefits outweigh that drawback by a lot in my view.
Curious if PDA differs from BPC 157. Was pondering the purchase of a set rather than combining BPC with TB. My recurring problems vanished when using that mix. Thanks for any replies.
Curious about any studies on this since that supplement performs great on me, above all when used in cycles. After testing by quitting Nad my energy stayed consistent so I dropped it. Bad meals are the sole factor that tanks my energy. Considering BAM at some point yet with the nearly 30kg drop from January there's no point adding anything now except maybe if I start trt and hgh.
