Curious what the maximum is for running triz vials through a single 13mm filter. Got a few I want to reconstitute together at the same time. Might it work better if I grab a fresh one for each vial instead?
When combining multiple vials through filtration a single unit works well enough. In my experience I merge two reta vials into one sterile vial using just that one unit. I also keep in mind the possible breakdown for Tirz since it apparently loses some quality over 60 to 115 days.
From what I have seen thirteen millimeter filters manage about five milliliters of liquid sometimes exceeding that based on the source consulted.
Wasn't asked for my opinion, but I like the 13 millimeter version more as the material runs through them far smoother.

Putting in the work to filter peptides made me want to look into the right method. Before seeing info on benefits from a site, I wasn't going to bother with filtering. Vials usually hold three milliliters, and I've added two or three milliliters of bacteriostatic water to each one. Filters sized at thirteen millimeters handle that volume correctly, which is why I use a single one for every vial.
Once the movement gets way too simple that shows my screen is wrecked and extra force causes it.
Normally I'd think it's not ideal, yet when mixing everything together inside one container, reusing that filter for five or six milliliters of liquid seems acceptable to me. Handling each item separately calls for a brand new filter to avoid any cross blending.

I figured out that filtering just means mixing in the BAC after all. Before this I figured the mixing step had another name like reconstituting instead. My earlier guess involved some kind of medical coffee filter to remove unwanted particles. No wonder I have not gotten past beginner status yet. Haha.

I pull the prepared liquid into the syringe using an extended needle, detach it afterward, attach a filter in its place, and force the contents across into a separate container with a replacement needle.
