Summary

how to make NAD+ shots less painful

Users report that NAD+ injections remain painful even when warmed, buffered, and done slowly with massage. Different body sites produce varying levels of discomfort, and some add lidocaine or switch to saline for reconstitution. No single approach eliminates the issue for everyone.

whether any site or mixing change can make the injections painless

Nothing here is advice.

I'm using a 1000 mg vial mixed with 6 ml BAC water for 100 mg doses three days a week, and it is buffered. I bring the solution to room temperature first. Stomach fat and glutes both still hurt every time. I push 10 units slowly, massage lightly, then repeat until the full 60 units are in. That reduces the pain a little but it is still bad. Any suggestions?

This stuff turned out pretty uncomfortable right from the start. My opening shot went into the left rear two weeks back and left a tender knot that still bothers me if I land on it at a bad angle. Lately I've switched to the outer upper leg near the waist in the padded spot or even the flank area and that has worked fine. Folks vary so each one has to locate their own least bothersome site since this compound acts that way.

I'm confused by your description of how you inject. 1000 mg reconstituted with 6 ml and a dose of 100 mg would be 0.6 ml injection or 60 units.

I could try mixing a milliliter of that two percent numbing liquid right into the container. Or maybe prepare the solution using BAC saline instead.

My flanks and thighs are where I do the injections.
