Epithalon Missing Dose

Summary

What should I do after missing one Epithalon dose on day 15 of a 20-day 0.5 mg protocol?

The original poster missed an evening injection and is unsure whether to double up the next night or simply extend the cycle by one day. Replies suggest the difference is likely minor and that extending the cycle worked for others in the same situation. One user notes that higher-dose protocols often stem from translation errors about a different compound. Several participants mention locating the 0.5 mg for 20 days schedule through the same online resource.

I skipped my Epi dose the day before because I was exhausted from a hectic day and overlooked the evening injection. Following a 20-day course at 0.5 mg, that missed one was on day 15. Should I double up this evening or stick to the normal amount and stretch the whole thing to 21 days instead? Which approach is preferable?

To be honest, I don't think it will have a big impact, so just choose the option that's easiest for you.

True, I might be overthinking it, but that's just how I tend to be unfortunately 😁

Just wondering, how did you come up with that dosing schedule? I was thinking about using epi soon too, but had in mind 5 mg every day.

When I did epi before, I missed one day too and simply added an extra day to the end of my cycle. Not sure if it was correct, but that's how I handled it. I followed the same dosing plan and located it through an online resource.

Those higher dose schedules come from an incorrect translation and refer to a different substance.

Mine arrived recently. I'll begin next week. I'm also going with 0.5 mg daily for 20 days. Located the info through the same resource. Quite a handy app.
