Bacterial growth becomes likely after enough time passes. No one can say exactly how long your particular vial will stay safe because conditions vary. Stick to the cleanest technique possible and throw it out if anything looks wrong. A plastic vial is something I haven't come across before.

Is the container itself plastic or just a protective outer case around a glass vial? If everything still looks normal I would keep using it. Ninety days sits at the upper limit for me, though I have gone close to that with an earlier vial.

How far you can go depends on what you know and how much risk you accept. I would not plan on using a 90-day-old reconstituted vial unless something unusual forced the choice. When a vial costs little and I have spares, I discard any that raise doubt. At the doses I use, one vial lasts about seven weeks. Dividing the mixed vial and freezing part of it for later is another option some consider.

It is a glass vial inside a protective plastic case. I agree that 90 days would be the absolute longest, but I am leaning toward stopping at 60 days with that vial.

My first vial lasted ten weeks. I would not push much past that. Kept cold and handled cleanly it should remain usable with only small loss of strength. I no longer have the original source, but the numbers were shared elsewhere: reconstituted retatrutide lost 14 percent after 45 days frozen, while the same material refrigerated lost 3-5 percent over 45 days and 3-9 percent over 90 days. Purity stayed unchanged even at 90 days when kept cold.
