In the previous discussion about ineffective peptides there were some notable trends. It might be useful to discuss the reverse insteadβ€”what peptide actually delivered results for you, including what changes you saw and the timeline? Personally, reta showed effects for me in the opening week, followed by consistent weight reduction.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 29

Reta along with bpc 157 and kpv, plus 5 amino 1 mq even though it is not a peptide. I used 5 mg daily via sub q after waking fasted and waited another four to five hours before eating. That produced visible changes in my physique while following a six-hour eating window and eighteen-hour fast. It is simply what suited my schedule.

QuietCinder47archiveJan 29

Reta, MOTSC and KLOW stood out the most. They performed as expected and then some, especially MOTSC which took my training further.

BlueBeacon12archiveJan 29

So far I have tried only reta, GHRP-2 and Sermorelin, and all three produced clear changes, though reta was the strongest.

GreyPebble44archiveJan 29

Reta, cagri and MOTSc, in that sequence. They are excellent.

WryBramble37archiveJan 29

Tirz and reta are obvious standouts. CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin and Wolverine gave little. GHK-Cu injected subq improved the condition of my legs. Mixing it into a basic hyaluronic acid serum produced striking skin results when applied twice daily.

I've told myself over and over that I should give it a shot someday. Must not overlook tossing a few into the following purchase I place.

BlueThistle84archiveJan 30

Reta and SS-31 both gave positive effects. I have not tried KLOW or tesa yet but plan to after finishing the current cycle that also includes NAD and mots-c.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 30

Reta, KPV, Epitalon, Semax and Selank all produced the expected effects. I am now running SS-31 with oral NR and will see how it goes before the mots-c portion.

Mind sharing how much of that peptide you took and what changes you felt? Thinking about trying it out too, but the schedules vary so much online, and a bunch of folks mention feeling nothing yet thinking maybe something's happening anyway.

BlueBeacon12archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Been meaning to inquire about how much of Epitalon you're taking along with any changes you've seen from it. Planning to give that one a try myself before long haha

SteadyFenwick43archiveJan 30

This product worked really well for me without a single issue cropping up, only resulting in pounds coming off and swelling disappearing entirely. A burned spot with blisters showed up on the rear of one digit but mended itself super quickly, so the blend seems outstanding to me.

BlueThistle84archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Curious how your experience with semax went overall. Did you apply it through the nose or by injection beneath the skin? Thinking about giving it a go right after.

A huge batch of GHK-Cu should show up here tomorrow and I'm totally looking forward to testing it out myself haha

I prepared a nasal spray solution by mixing it so each spray gave five hundred micrograms aiming for one milligram total per use. I kept this up across twenty days. At my age in the late sixties with past head injuries plus lingering mental cloudiness after covid I figured this might suit me well. I described my mixing method in another discussion on the site. Others mentioned switching to the tiny five milliliter saline vials which seemed like an upgrade and I believe that shift improved things for me. During the time my eyesight grew clearer with more vivid hues and better focus though the change may have become ordinary or faded later. The mental cloudiness dropped substantially and overall I feel more alert. Some people notice little difference but maybe they lack the years or prior injuries that make the benefit obvious in my case. For the next round four months ahead I plan to switch over to subcutaneous shots. Going forward I expect to run three rounds each year.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @BlueThistle84

Definitely participating. This product appeals to me greatly. That's why I purchased the modified version for my following round. Daily application would be ideal, yet a break is necessary to reset the relevant receptors. The nasal solution was prepared identically to how I handled the earlier compounds.

RustTimber30archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

I wonder if this is a silly thing to ask but does the filtering still happen when it is meant for nasal spray use?

CopperAlder51archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @RustTimber30

Yeah that's accurate. My opening set lacked any screening but these days I have them and plan to include them going forward with the one after.

I'm sticking exactly to the regimen at present. That means using NAD+ along with SS-31. Haven't begun with MOTS-c. Everything's gone well up to this point.

I've applied the approach with my usual facial lotion too and the improvement shows clearly on my skin. The texture turned noticeably softer. Another item arrives soon that I plan to blend with a serum along my hair edges. Building from the main thread those two substances worked out really well for me.

BlueThistle84archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

I'm trying to figure out how these two versions compare with each other. Has the safety aspect stayed identical?

SharpWillow20archiveJan 30

The sitcom title everyone knows comes to mind right now, though I really mean a certain lady instead! πŸ˜ƒ

CopperAlder51archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @BlueThistle84

Safety stays identical here. Adding those acetyl and amide groups boosts how readily the body absorbs it while stretching out the time it remains active, which leads to somewhat more noticeable results from the improved uptake and keeps the benefits going for extra hours. My usual go-to source on these compounds mentioned the difference. Anyone who likes the basic version finds this one works out better and needs smaller amounts.

SteadyAlder49archiveJan 30

That medication really transformed things for me right away. I noticed it kicking in during the first seven days and the pounds have been coming off consistently ever since. The other compound suited me nicely too, bringing extra vitality and an overall sense of improvement roughly seven days into the opening round. By the third round now those upsides feel milder, yet I still notice an improvement during use. Pairing the two others has suited me well, with much deeper rest and quicker bounce-back after training sessions. On top of that the deep belly fat reading has started falling once more. It moved from 19 down to 11 while using the main one alongside adjusted eating habits and activity, then held steady there for months until adding the pair brought it to 8.

PlainPebble75archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @SteadyAlder49

Has the boost in vitality kept going once your round finished? The reason I'm wondering is that this compound supposedly helps build fresh mitochondria while supporting overall energy processing, so the gains might hold steady unless poor habits creep back in. I have a package chilling in the freezer and want to know how things turn out when I finally try it.

SharpWillow20archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @PlainPebble75

Might Mots-C lead to a stinging sensation during subcutaneous delivery?

SteadyAlder49archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @SharpWillow20

Sure, a little heat might show up yet that tends to go away in ten to twenty minutes. Far less severe than GHK.

SteadyAlder49archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @PlainPebble75

It looks like the effects stick around for good. Probably the reason the big differences get smaller every time around. That initial round made me feel like I was turning into some kind of enhanced being. These days it's more like whatever. Seems like my cellular energy production is hitting its high point. Still my general well-being has improved thanks to lots of other adjustments in how I live including what I eat how I move and various additions I take. So it's tough to figure out exactly what's responsible for the better state.

WarmQuill37archiveJan 30
↳ replying to @RustTimber30 (opening post)

I believe those three GLP1 compounds have a solid history of working well. That's why I'm passing on them. For recovery with KLOW, I've noticed a real drop in discomfort after beginning it. I'm unsure what part of the mix made the difference, yet that doesn't matter to me. It was a good investment and I still have a lot left over. The discomfort in my back has vanished entirely and the issues with my knees have eased a lot. Although weight reduction probably played a role, I doubt the amount I've shed accounts for how fast and effective this has been. Regarding NAD+ and rest, I've dealt with trouble sleeping for years and this has improved my rest. I began it within the NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C regimen. I'm not certain whether it's benefiting my cellular energy or not. I can't claim this will assist anyone struggling with sleeplessness or enhance rest for those without issues, but it has done so for me personally.

WarmHarbour15archiveJan 30

Those two stand out as the strongest ones in my case. Nothing happened with mots-c or 5 amino. Glow and klow fell below the results from bpc on its own.

AmberHarbour39archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @BrightBeacon35

Were you starting out with a small dose before increasing it over time with the five amino? Any negative reactions show up?

BrightBeacon35archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @AmberHarbour39

I've recently begun a five milligram dose and noticed nothing harmful so far.

WarmHarbour52archiveMar 5

Up until now I've been using Tirz. About seven days back I tossed ghkcu together with nad and glutathione into the rest of what I take. Klow should show up soon so I can replace the ghkcu with that when it gets here.

Up until now my experience is limited to BPC 157 alone. It made a big difference in easing my prostatitis discomfort and also worked wonders for my tendon issues. I am extremely thankful to the scientists responsible for uncovering this compound along with their studies on it, in addition to individuals who promoted its use. I gave TB500 a shot as well but noticed zero improvement, and I suspect the producer turned out to be fraudulent.

ClearSparrow39archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @BrightBeacon35

I'm curious what length your stretches lasted when taking 5A1MQ every day without any breaks.

BrightBeacon35archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @ClearSparrow39

Right. Tried it for a week. My feeling is four weeks minimum to test it adequately. That's just what I think.

AmberSparrow73archiveMar 5

It kicked in right after the first shot with the initial two. The last one took two or three days to appear instead.

WryQuill58archiveMar 5

I've noticed steady gains in muscle definition along with deeper rest and reduced body fat while staying on tesamorelin throughout the day. Pairing bpc with tb500 also shortened my healing window from the bone doctor's forecast by half. Mots-c produced no noticeable shift until I completed thirty days of ss31 first and then another thirty on mots-c. Ghk-cu left my complexion and hair looking roughly a decade younger as well. Results from these compounds appear to hinge on your stage in life. Someone around twenty probably won't register much change from an hgh releaser or ghk-cu, yet someone close to fifty stands a good chance of seeing clear effects.

CopperCompass60archiveMar 5

Of course the primary compound works well yet bringing in the other one afterward really cut down on those hunger signals even more. I dose both at once on a three day cycle using five milligrams of the first and one of the second. That sleep peptide helped a lot with getting solid deep rest and I ought to pick up another round soon. The two nootropic peptides produce clear results and I like spacing them out from each other. Fat loss has stayed strong though I added growth hormone along with the amino compound and several other shifts making it hard to sort out what drives what. Energy levels jumped quite a bit too but with so many new items started together it's tough to isolate the sources. For testosterone I cut back from two hundred fifty milligrams twice weekly to eighty milligrams every other day. I also use one hundred milligrams of the NAD version every other day along with four milligrams of the SS peptide each evening and two point five milligrams of the mots compound on most days.

PlainAlder11archiveMar 5

Started reta at 2mg and saw 3 pounds drop in the first week. Finished the four-week run at 4mg and kept losing around 3 pounds weekly. Began a low-carb diet at the same time as the reta.

You mix the subq ghkcu powder into hyaluronic acid lotion? I've mixed cosmetic grade ghkcu powder with hyaluronic lotion and got good results. Can't locate affordable cosmetic grade ghkcu powder these days though. Thought only cosmetic grade was for topical, not the injection powders.

After this round wraps up, do you intend to run through another one or pause for several months instead? Thanks.

WryBramble37archiveMar 6
↳ replying to @PatientSignal60

I began with the pharmaceutical version of GHK-Cu since some remained unused. Later I changed to the cosmetic type because they appear nearly identical apart from lacking those strict tests. It could be made in the same place anyway. 😱

CopperCompass60archiveMar 6
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

Don't make it too low of a carbs diet, reta likes a certain amount of carbs to work properly.

PlainAnchor67archiveMar 6

Since beginning HGH my rest has improved tremendously. It's been just three weeks yet I'm already quite pleased.

BlueTimber44archiveMar 6

Ultrasound imaging showed damage to the rotator cuff in my shoulder. For twenty days I used BPC-157 along with TB-500. A follow-up scan on the twentieth day indicated roughly ninety percent recovery. Both my physician and I chuckled about the effectiveness of that combination. Looking back, extending the period to thirty days might have allowed full restoration.

BlueThistle84archiveMar 6
↳ replying to @BlueSignal97

I'll take it easy for now since straining myself further feels unwise. This sort of thing probably happens just once annually.

PatientAlder89archiveMar 6

Have you had that shoulder labrum problem? What milligram amount and how frequently did it get used?

QuietQuill87archiveMar 6

That substance gave me identical results personally. I dealt with zero unwanted reactions though my partner struggles against queasiness on every single occasion.
