I came across this self-reported case study on Reddit that stood out for its careful tracking and documentation, so I decided to share it. The individual tracked weight, dosage, estimated plasma levels, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and calories over six months and included several graphs showing the results.

There is a lot of detail packed in that post. I tend to keep things simple and just watch the scale plus check pee color. Appreciate the share. The before and after photos look really strong, though I skipped reposting them because of an age warning even with no nudity present, just to stay out of trouble.

That is how Reddit handles it across the board. All the peptide communities get set to NSFW once the company starts trading publicly.

Thanks for explaining, I do not visit Reddit very often.

The graphs are put together really well. I caught myself making assumptions and did not picture someone who trains regularly after seeing all the numbers. My mistake.
