I saw the change mainly around eating. I used to struggle with food-related issues but those have eased, which points to effects on the mind as well.
I began this to drop weight gained during perimenopause and am now in month three at one milligram weekly. The mental shifts stand out more than expected. My head used to stay busy nonstop with worries, worst-case thinking, and looping thoughts about all sorts of things. That constant background has faded, leaving my mind clearer and calmer so I can concentrate without the old anxiety spirals. The sense of peace feels surprising and valuable, enough that I may keep a small amount going after the weight goal is met rather than stopping at six months. Has anyone else found their thoughts settling this way? I checked around but see little mention of it.
