I don't think the chill comes straight from the medication itself. It really stems from not eating enough calories overall. Even prior to beginning this, I experienced the same issue because of my single daily meal habit. The temperature drop hits hardest right before I finally eat in the evening. Currently though, the sensation feels more intense since my energy intake is lower than before.

Considering eventually quitting seems intriguing to me. Being slim already, I'm taking this medication because fighting constant appetite was tough before. Everyone appears to possess a natural weight regulation mechanism that activates during meals, and mine is calibrated for a higher body mass. It took me ages of intense effort to arrive at where I am now. Things feel much simpler since beginning this treatment not long ago. Probably returning to the previous size happens after discontinuation, though I'm unsure. Hopefully ongoing use isn't required indefinitely.

This stuff really doesn't fit someone with my metabolism, though I'm on it anyway to reach peak leanness and hold it indefinitely. With how thin I already am, the chill never leaves me. Normally that brings constant appetite, but here it's absent along with any desire for snacks. The low weekly dose I've used for the past month seems fine to continue without change. After hitting my target shape and keeping the clean eating plus training routine, there's little reason to quit. Accounts from others indicate that ending treatment brings back the hunger signals, which I prefer to skip. Viewing this as something for the long haul makes sense. Food intake remains possible, just in reduced quantities compared to earlier. Keeping everything steady likely calls for continued application, since without it the drive to eat more could return and pull my weight up.

Probably I'll keep up this kind of upkeep indefinitely too, hoping for more years while staying energetic and looking solid. No reason to skip it. With my age now in the forties, taking care of my body ranks highest. Staying close to relatives and getting the most out of each day feels essential.

It's fascinating to read about how side effects vary so much from person to person in this discussion. That could come in handy if I decide to experiment someday. I had no idea it impacted resting heart rate like that. Has anyone tried using a wearable monitor or something comparable? I'd be curious to check out real numbers on the topic.

Feels right that I'm opting for a gradual minimal approach. Tomorrow I'll raise my twice weekly amount to point seven. Apparently an increased resting pulse rate tends to cause greater problems with larger amounts around eight or twelve milligrams.

Been taking eight milligrams and saw my pulse climb four to six beats above the seventy to seventy two range I usually have. Measured it right after waking and it showed sixty eight with full oxygen saturation.
