Reta is the only GLP that showed solid results even at low doses, around nine percent average loss at one milligram a week over a year. The others have not come close at those levels. It looks like it is playing out the same way here. I would expect some people to claim certain peptides help with stretch marks but I doubt any really do. Newer red ones tend to fade to skin color over time but they are basically scars and do not disappear.

New check in, another pound and a half down. Had three beers and a sandwich while watching the game. Not counting calories, just keeping things fairly clean with plenty of water, electrolytes, and exercise. Thinking about moving to three quarters or one milligram but after five weeks the half is still working.
Nice job. Similar here, I have been doing half a milligram every five days for a month and dropped thirteen pounds from two eighteen to two oh five. The app shows seven weeks even though I started weighing on the eleventh, but whatever.
Weekly update, second week at three quarters of a milligram. Forgot to weigh yesterday because things got busy. Numbers are fine but I notice how I feel and how clothes fit more than anything. Coworkers have commented so it is working. Slow and steady. Ate a bit off plan and had some drinks over the weekend but a guy has to live, right? It is not some overnight magic fix for me, just a tool helping along the way. Always open to questions or comments.

Just to clarify for anyone catching up, the first five weeks were at half and then I went to three quarters for weeks six and seven.

I switched to half a milligram twice a week with a three-day gap starting week five. That took care of the hunger and appetite problems I was getting at the end of a seven-day cycle. Added one more fiber pill too. Hard to measure these smaller doses accurately, not sure I could hit three quarters right.
Alright fine, I am right around the three-quarter mark. Hard to be exact.
Stepped on the scale this morning, weight stayed the same but the smart scale says I gained muscle and lost fat. First time since the fourth I noticed a higher heart rate before bed. Still slept but not as well as usual. Had coffee later than normal but I doubt that was the real cause. It was about twenty-four to twenty-eight hours after Monday's shot. Curious how tonight goes.
Seven weeks in and starting yesterday I had what felt like nonstop hunger. Almost like my stomach hurt from it. Weird because I am not restricting food at all. Same feeling today. Had steak, broccoli, and potatoes for lunch, a protein shake and peanuts as a snack, chicken strips for dinner, and even some Oreos before typing this. Anyone else run into this or something like it? Five weeks at half and the last two at three quarters.
When was your last shot? That started happening to me around day five on a seven-day cycle. That is when I switched to two half-milligram shots a week with a three-day offset. Still working two weeks into the new plan.
I pin on Mondays and it hit Thursday and Friday. Probably worth trying split doses. Funny thing, woke up today with no hunger at all. Maybe my body just wanted the Oreos.

Sounds like a mix of time since the last shot and the overall low dose. Body might be adjusting and going up could make sense soon.
Week eight or nine update, still at three quarters or as close as the syringe lets me. Another pound down. I was not starting from a big number at two nineteen so a pound a week feels healthy. Last week was the first with any sides, just the elevated heart rate. Nothing major. Read a bunch of stuff and wondered if it was low blood sugar after cutting sugar way back. Added a little back and it went away. Moderation seems key. We will see how this week goes.
Today was the eighth shot, four at half and four at three quarters or close as the syringe allows. Down eleven pounds total, which is fine for me. Body recomp shows more every day. Sleep has been great. Sides still minimal, dry mouth is the main one. Will see how this week goes before deciding on one milligram.
Random observation, ate a bunch of asparagus last night and this morning there was no asparagus smell in the urine. Anyone have an idea why? Thought it was interesting.

I sleep like a baby, thankfully without the diapers though, living on the edge.
We have hit week ten. After four weeks at half and six at three quarters I moved up to a full one milligram. Appetite suppression is strong, only managed a few bites of corned beef on St. Patrick's Day. Supplementing electrolytes and protein shakes. This morning I feel pretty lethargic and cannot tell if it is from not enough calories or just being tired. Trials started some people at two milligrams and I cannot imagine how that would feel. Body recomp is obvious in the mirror and on the scale, not just weight but other numbers too. Gym has stayed consistent. I have thought about adding other peptides but so far I am sticking with Reta. I have some BPC-157 in the fridge and have been reading about it but have not tried it yet. Anyone have experience with it? Seems hit or miss from what I have seen.

Before trying the salted beef and greens dish my spouse prepared I felt uneasy. That veggie normally sends me running to the bathroom several times for a bowel movement. 💩 This round I just woke twice needing to pee.
I feel the same, makes me wonder how many people dropped out of the trial because they started too high and the sides were too much.
I am six feet and started at two nineteen. Overweight but not in bad shape. I would guess people in the trial needed more lifestyle changes than I did. Also think someone starting at three fifty might not feel the same at one or two milligrams, but that is just a guess.
Another week, another pound. Happy with how steady it is coming off. Still going to the gym and now that it is warming up I am running when I can. A few friends I got into this are liking it too. Recently ordered two more kits since my girlfriend is now interested. I guess I was the test subject for the last three months.

My sleep is mostly bad but I take naps when I am tired. Been a bad sleeper most of my adult life.
I do not know what to credit the good sleep to. Bad sleep seems more common than good. Losing twelve pounds off my frame is not that big a change and I have not gone extreme with diet either.
Been a while but I am back. Another pound down for thirteen total. Thirteen weeks and thirteen pounds feels about right. Marathon not a sprint like a lot of people seem to want. In thirteen weeks I went from half to three quarters to one milligram. Literally half the trial dose and I am seeing good results. Popped into Reddit recently and could not believe the stuff people say and the misinformation. Glad I found this place first. Minimal sides overall. Eat clean but still have a cookie or cake now and then. Lift four days a week but not a bodybuilder. Thought about adding other peptides but why mess with something that is working. Pin tomorrow and will probably stay at one for another week. Unless I start gaining I think one is fine.
Saw someone on TG calling micro and split dosing users a cult spreading misinformation. Like you have to follow the Lilly protocols exactly or it is against science. Week twelve here, micro and split dosing my way to twenty-two pounds lost. Up to one point five milligrams weekly and thinking about two because I have a cardiologist appointment in four months and want better blood work.
If the trials and Lilly say a six-day half life then splitting should be fine. A bit odd they do not suggest a six-day schedule.
Good morning to anyone still following, quick check in. Started January fourth at half a milligram and now at week seventeen only up to one point five. Slow and steady. Averaging a pound a week except one week on vacation where I gained but that is okay. Only slight sides so far. Bowel movements are not what they used to be. Energy is fine since I am not starving myself. Aim to lift four days a week plus some running. Do not see Reta as a magic pill like some do, not dropping five pounds a week but I am fine with that. Goal is another ten pounds then lower the dose to something manageable. Keep looking at other peptides but have not added any. Even after reading the trial reports there is still a lot to figure out. Too many people jump in without basics or get impatient and double doses after two weeks with no big loss. Everyone is different but I am keeping this slow and cautious.
Bodies go through plenty of shifts while settling into this fresh balance. Most of those probably won't register on the scale at all.
Second week holding at one point five and the level is hitting harder than expected even with the slow climb. Appetite is gone yet meals still happen for fuel. No urge for the usual midweek beer before dinner either. Down to two hundred four from two hundred nineteen. Something says the Sunday reading could surprise again.
Turned out right on the scale today with a five pound drop this week straight to two hundred flat. One point five was the first time across eighteen weeks where the effect showed up full strength. Close to too much yet it delivered. Staying here for a stretch or maybe easing back to one since goal weight is basically reached.
Partner decided it was time to try the same compound. Started at point seven five to watch how it lands. Sitting at two hundred now after dropping back to one point two five. Workouts, runs and decent eating continue. Shows that taking it gradual pays off over the months. Feeling and looking better overall.
Been away from updates but wanted to note the latest. Held steady through January for a twenty pound total loss and feeling solid. Stepped off to test what follows after holding four weeks across point five, point seven five, one and one point two five. Tried one point five once then returned to one point two five. No shots for two weeks now and heart rate sits higher than any point during use. Will track as it clears. Four months brought very few problems and new clothes are needed.
Two weeks clear and three pounds came back on. Two weekends away with heavy eating and drinking played a part. Back to one point two five even though two hundred five fits the build. Partner moved from point seven five to one milligram across four weeks and tracks about a pound each week.
Quick check in again. Weight at two hundred for nineteen pounds down overall. Never passed one point five. Took short breaks around trips. Workouts and runs keep going with solid overall feel. Hope others tracking along are matching or beating that.

Good to hear progress continues and feeling strong matters most. Maintenance search on Tirz is proving tricky after dropping from five to two point five. Eating has increased yet loss still shows. Next dose steps down to two.
Another short update. Started at two hundred nineteen on January fourth and now at one hundred ninety eight. Stayed under one point seven five and plan to settle at one for the longer term. Adding Tesamorelin at one milligram daily for the first five days to check tolerance. Plenty combine the two so any shared results would be useful to see.
