Outside the mitochondrial group most of these peptides do not interact much and can run together, though one at a time is still best. Each has its own typical cycle length. I would choose one current issue and tackle it first. Poor recovery? Begin with the KLOW combination. If that goes well move to the next problem. Brain fog, ADHD or anxiety? Try Semax and Selank, using Semax before focused work or training and Selank afterward or at night. The mitochondrial schedule is popular for a reason, so source enough SS-31 to finish it properly before starting.
After seeing strong results from Reta I want to add more peptides. I picked up kits of BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Epithalon, NAD+, MOTS-C, 5-amino-1mq, Selank, Semax, SS-31 and KPV to test. I know the smart move is adding them singly so I can track benefits and sides. My first idea was Semax or Selank followed by the fourteen-week mitochondrial run using NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C, but I am short on SS-31 so that plan needs tweaking. I still have to figure out Epithalon, 5-amino-1mq, GHK-Cu, KPV and BPC-157. Any suggestions on order or a different approach?
