I weighed myself after using the bathroom and finally got under the 240 pound mark that had held me back for years. I had eaten normally the day before, including a salmon poke bowl and several protein drinks. Even on a higher dose of the medication where my loss has been slower than some others, this gets me past the main reason I started using it.

Nice work hitting that number. It is funny how fast a milestone stops feeling special once you move past it. Right now 240 is a big deal, but soon 236 will be the new target and anything near 240 will feel like a step backward. I hit 200 a few weeks ago and now anything near 195 already feels off. Enjoy it while it lasts and keep going.

My scale showed 17.1 stone today. Three more pounds and we will be under 17 stones. Time to celebrate with some music.
