Restarting after several months off and now have 60mg vials instead of the 30mg ones I used before when I last stopped at 7.5mg. The BAC water amount is flexible. Using the calculator, 3ml in the 60mg vial means a 13-unit draw gives 2.5mg. Main worries are the lowest BAC volume that still works for 60mg and whether the vial can physically hold it since I don't have an old one to check.

You can use 3ml or even 2ml for a 30mg per ml strength. Probably can't go much beyond three for the 60mg vial. Another option is splitting the 60mg vial across two bottles and freezing half so it doesn't sit around forever when you're only using 2.5mg and slowly increasing.

Not recommended. Only the powder should go in the freezer.

Right, that's always been my understanding too, freeze the powder but not the mixed Triz.

People do it anyway. I've tried it and the results were fine, felt the same. Some peptides seem tougher than people claim.

It's 13 units or 0.13cc or 0.13ml. I prefer to keep the injected volume under 0.5ml. I usually split doses so 15mg a week would be 7.5mg per shot, which works if mixed at 20-30mg per ml using 2-3ml BAC. The real problem is how long a 60mg vial will last at 2.5mg a week. I figure about three months max before the reconstituted vial goes bad. I'm okay with freezing reconstituted Tirz once.

It's Tirz, not Triz. I find it easier to mix so the syringe numbers line up nicely. Doses in 5, 10 or 15 increments are simpler to draw than 13. Use the reverse calculator. Check the CoA for your batch and adjust if the actual mass differs much from the label.

The highest concentration I've seen from a legit compounding pharmacy was 22mg per ml. So 3ml BAC should be fine for 60mg.

I have a compounded vial at 28mg per ml. Lilly goes up to 30mg per ml in their vials.

After mixing, split into smaller vials of maybe 6mg each and freeze five of them. I divide mine into thirds with 3ml BAC and end up at about 23.33mg per ml thanks to overfill, which works well for my 7.5mg dose.
