I would definitely throw it away. You cannot be overly cautious about bacteria. I once left my first thirty milliliters of proper water out of the fridge after opening and once I realized that was incorrect before mixing again I discarded it.

Proper water does not require refrigeration even once opened.

I keep hearing otherwise so I continue to do so.

Wow that really alarmed me. I also have several growth hormone kits arriving from a group purchase. I already have two complete sets of the other compound plus more on the way from another group purchase and I have only used it one time. Perhaps I should test the other one. My stockpile has grown too large at this stage. Laughing.

Would you believe I once had to warn a lab scientist who managed a large hospital facility on the west coast along with his wife who also works in labs against doing something similar with a sinus rinse device. I care about them deeply like second parents yet I nearly fell over because she could have been lost to a dangerous infection.

Most people tolerate it fine. I have been near the prediabetes range for five years. I would use it for a month then get an eighty dollar blood test for a1c and glucose from a lab service or visit a testing center for a draw. Or use a basic finger prick kit from a store for thirty dollars which are fairly reliable. I would check in the morning after fasting and drinking sixteen ounces of water. If doing lab work fast for twelve hours though water is fine but a large amount can affect the numbers. Laughing I noticed that group purchase somewhere it closed in April I believe. Some people react to the other compound but I had no issue with the first set.

I placed an order last night. Combining with the second compound or using this one alone?

Using this one alone. My research subject tested both and this compound by itself provides the key effect when paired with the weight loss agent.

General guideline is that anything not damaged by cooling stores better when kept cold. Should a microbe enter the container it will multiply quicker in warmth. You will notice contamination earlier but it will also be more severe sooner. When preparing a growth medium to check sterility place it in a warm environment to observe cloudiness from growth more easily.
