Every single time I've mixed up a bottle the liquid rushes in and makes bubbles right away. I've even let prepared ones slip out of my hands and hit the ground. There's no reason to agitate them much, a light swirl does the job. They blend by themselves until everything looks clear. So far nothing has gone wrong for me. Those chains hold up better than most people assume. Brightness and warmth seem to cause more trouble than any handling does.
