GHK-CU side effects?

I have almost the same setup. Do you take a break once the cartridge runs out? I've done around twelve weeks of GHK-Cu plus KPV and now I'm unsure whether to stop for four weeks or keep going with another fifty milligram cartridge.

I'm really curious why you decided against cycling the GHK-Cu. What led you to that choice?

There's no need to cycle. I came across some anecdotal reports from one person who tested it without breaks and chose to follow that approach myself. The benefits from the copper didn't show up until about four to six weeks into the first round of use. The copper only helps while you're actively dosing it.

Just one question, can GHK-Cu be injected on the same day as Tirz? Sunday is my Tirz day so is it okay to pin both on Sunday or should I skip GHK-Cu that day to avoid any possible side effects?

That's fine. The only real worry would be mixing them into the same vial or syringe since GLPs aren't combined with other peptides.

Exactly, there are the GLPs and then everything else. I run GHK every day even on my Tirz and reta days and it's all good.

No, two separate pens, one with Tirz and the other with GHK-Cu. So two pins, one in the leg and the second around the stomach. Thanks.

I'm holding onto a kit here until I wrap up the mix I'm using now for my elbow issue from tennis. It would help to know how things are moving ahead with the product. I'm also considering whether to order some extras. Thanks

I do the same. Twelve weeks on, four weeks off.

While chatting about GHK-Cu I received an intriguing discussion via email a short while ago. The exchange covers someone's approaches to using it. This individual became notable through originating a recognized protocol involving GHK-Cu.

I wondered why you skipped beginning with the blend that already featured those identical peptides from the stack.

KeenThistle22archiveSep 10

Six milligrams daily? For how long? How did you arrive at six milligrams? Did you notice major differences when using six milligrams compared to zero point five, one, or two?

Is the copper what's behind the burning sensation or is it some other part?

SharpCinder28archiveSep 10
↳ replying to @AmberBeacon57

Yeah, the peptide on its own without any copper produces zero burning sensation.

Back then I was only aware of that one substance. I told my contact about beginning physical treatment for my arm condition caused by tennis, and he proposed a specific mix. Both elbows were bothering me. Right after the first checkup, the occupational therapist estimated it would take a full year to recover. This was during May 2026. The other day he mentioned I would be ready to return to normal gym workouts within thirty days and reduced my appointments from two per week to just one. A couple months earlier I had started researching these compounds independently and began ordering supplies myself for less money, and acquired that other item. I chose to delay using it until I could get back into lifting.

I once handled mixtures by using up a prepared container entirely ahead of mixing the next one supposing that's the case.

I'd like to see further information on the methods she uses. My intention was to consume the remaining amount from the bottle because it seemed to be effective.

The peptide breaks down fast and has no reported issues. My skin ended up looking perfect and felt very hydrated. I can't think of anything further to add.

It ends quickly yet the copper accumulates over time. Appreciate the response!

I wanted to mention that nobody has shown any indications of metal poisoning linked to this peptide complex. Taking six milligrams delivers roughly one point two milligrams of the metal. Suppose the full quantity got absorbed without restriction, that total still stays well under the suggested daily maximum of ten milligrams. The metal arrives attached in bound form to the tripeptide instead of loose, which creates a protective mechanism against buildup. Consuming organ meats on a regular basis carries a higher risk of excess unbound metal.

I've been dosing three milligrams every day for a while now. Recent papers I've read indicate no cycling is needed with the copper peptide. It looks like the other two can keep going without interruption as well.

From patterns I've noticed with Semax, a recovery interval of fourteen days or longer often appears, along with limits on straight use to no longer than a month. Going over that timeframe could genuinely overwhelm BDNF receptors.

I don't agree with that perspective. An internal medicine specialist who shares helpful videos online and wrote a guide has worked with roughly two dozen peptides over multiple years in his treatments, such as the pair of nootropic ones. From his observations the notion of overloading BDNF routes doesn't check out and they can continue without interruption. None of his cases showed any drop in response or related problems. Similar compounds see ongoing application for extended periods in Russian settings too. Standard peptide plans often call for breaks but that seems driven mostly by extra caution and unverified talk so I'm doubtful it applies across the board.

I didn't come across that detail during my searches. Reports from clinics in Russia indicate this compound sees use in brief treatment periods of five to fourteen days. For sudden stroke recovery they apply larger daily amounts over five to ten days right after the event begins. Cases involving thinking problems or optic nerve trouble usually run ten to fourteen days though some pediatric or minor dysfunction situations stretch to thirty days. Another round if required comes after a break of one to three months. Russian applications overall stay within ten to thirty day windows. Those time frames arose from large studies with thousands of participants recovering from strokes thinking difficulties or brain trauma. The goal stays getting benefits while preserving receptor responsiveness. Anyone wanting steady mental support year round tends to rotate active stretches with rest intervals. A frequent pattern uses six weeks straight followed by two weeks off then repeats. When the goal is mental improvement in healthy people without acute illness the cycle lengths matter more to avoid gradual loss of receptor sensitivity. I lean toward a cautious style yet it looks like even dedicated users in Russia recognize the receptor concern even across longer patterns.

I didn't see benefit until three months or so at three to four milligrams.
