Peptides and Options for Fertility Support

8 replies9 peopleJun 9, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Are there peptides that can help with male and female fertility?

The thread lists several compounds including kisspeptin-10, HCG, HMG, PT-141, and enclomiphene as potential aids for fertility markers or ovulation, with one user adding L-carnitine for sperm motility. Participants stress the need to identify the underlying issue first, mention PCOS as a common female cause, and note unexpected pregnancies linked to GLP drugs. A keto diet is offered as a non-peptide approach that some women found helpful for hormone balance while trying to conceive.

Which specific peptide or approach would actually lead to pregnancy for the original couple

Nothing here is advice.

Does anyone know peptides that could support fertility in both men and women? My wife and I have been trying for a child without success so far. Any suggestions would be welcome! God bless!!

Kisspeptin-10 could potentially aid fertility indicators. It's discussed frequently in trying to conceive communities, though I've not come across cases where it led to actual pregnancy.

What about the reverse situation? My wife has been pushing me to get a vasectomy for years. I told her to find a pill or injection I could use and I'd do it right away.

First determine which partner has the issue. If sperm count is low then HCG and HMG might be considered, even though the latter is not technically a peptide. Both men and women use HMG. Women seem to have more inherent problems that need checking. As a parent of three kids I will warn they are damn expensive.

HCG, kisspeptin or PT-141 might work if that is the concern. I have heard enclomiphene can help on the female side as an ovulation induction agent. Etc.

Figuring out fertility problems without specifics is tough. PCOS often leads to these issues for females even if its updated term slips my mind. Those GLP medications seem to trigger many surprise pregnancies for users who are female.

Great question. Years ago people I knew faced this problem and sadly these chemicals or peps were not known then. Some found peace through adoption. I hope you two find something useful as there are way more options now. Stay positive!

One product covers luteinizing hormone needs while another handles follicle stimulating hormone and a third aids sperm movement. Together they produce enormous gains in male fertility. Pairing them with suitable drive enhancers works whenever that becomes necessary.

This is not a peptide suggestion. I followed keto for years and in those spaces many women who were TTC succeeded on it. It helps a lot with hormone balancing in women. Advice often shared is to watch for higher pregnancy chances. It is not a fix for everyone but if you are trying hard it may be worth a shot. Plenty of articles exist so it is easy to research. Sorry for going off topic but if it helps I volunteer as auntie and I am a great one.
