From my own experience, not expert advice: I split my dose every three and a half days, one in the morning and one in the evening. Scheduling is easier for me in the morning so I am neutral on time of day. I have tried both fasted and fed with no noticeable change. I draw and inject within a few minutes and it works fine. Ten or twenty units reach body temperature quickly once inside. Splitting keeps levels smoother, which you can check with a calculator or graph. Clinical trials started people as high as four milligrams but that often brings sides, so I began at one milligram for two weeks then moved to two and increased as I felt ready. One milligram felt like a reasonable start. No experience with the TRT question.
Hello everyone in the GLP-1 group. There seems to be useful knowledge here, so I wanted to collect thoughts and experiences on several points. When is the better time to inject, morning or evening, and why? Does it need to be done fasted or after a meal? Should the medication come straight from the fridge or sit out roughly twenty minutes to warm up? Is splitting the weekly amount helpful or should it stay as one shot on the same day and time each week? For the first couple of weeks would beginning at half a milligram split across two doses make sense before moving to one milligram? Can the shot go on the same day, time, and general area as testosterone? For background I am ninety kilos, six feet, fairly muscular, thirty-seven years old, and mainly want the medication to help with cutting.
