Considering eventually quitting seems intriguing to me. Being slim already, I'm taking this medication because fighting constant appetite was tough before. Everyone appears to possess a natural weight regulation mechanism that activates during meals, and mine is calibrated for a higher body mass. It took me ages of intense effort to arrive at where I am now. Things feel much simpler since beginning this treatment not long ago. Probably returning to the previous size happens after discontinuation, though I'm unsure. Hopefully ongoing use isn't required indefinitely.
I don't think the chill comes straight from the medication itself. It really stems from not eating enough calories overall. Even prior to beginning this, I experienced the same issue because of my single daily meal habit. The temperature drop hits hardest right before I finally eat in the evening. Currently though, the sensation feels more intense since my energy intake is lower than before.
